StealthGPT will contact the business to verify the accuracy of any information in their draft article. If StealthGPT determines any information to be inaccurate, we will correct it and send it back to the business for approval before publication. StealthGPT will send articles to the client for review prior to publication. Once the client has given StealthGPT permission to publish the articles, StealthGPT will publish the articles on the website(s) and/or social media channels the client designates. StealthGPT will follow the client’s content style guide when writing articles. StealthGPT will attempt to stay as true to the style guide as possible, but StealthGPT is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of prices or the availability of items mentioned in an article. StealthGPT will contact businesses to verify the accuracy of articles prior to publication. Businesses can request changes at any time and StealthGPT will implement reasonable changes. StealthGPT does not guarantee specific sales figures as a result of article publication.
The agency plans a trial newsletter for six local retailers. Each retailer has approved one draft for internal review. Approval to review a draft does not authorize public distribution. The editor must confirm every business name and offer with its owner before scheduling a send.

Articles requiring changes will be resubmitted to businesses for approval. No business is obligated to approve rewritten articles without reviewing them. While StealthGPT will attempt to adhere to the proposed schedule, StealthGPT will make every effort to accommodate businesses’ needs. Articles will be worked on sequentially. If one article is sent back for revisions, StealthGPT will work on other articles in the mean time.
Editors should use the fictional style guide for the review. The guide describes the desired tone, but it does not verify prices or product availability. Those details require confirmation with the relevant retailer.
Articles will not be published until StealthGPT receives express permission to do so from the business(es) mentioned.
Public distribution requires separate approval from each retailer. Internal review permission is insufficient.
