[00:00:00] Lord, I pray today, Lord, that Your presence, Your anointing, the power of Your Spirit, [00:00:07] Lord, that we feel here today as we've been worshiping You, that You will speak and You [00:00:13] will touch and minister to those watching and listening and those here today. [00:00:17] Lord, I pray the prayer they prayed almost every night of the Brownsville Revival. [00:00:25] Lord, speak to our hearts and change our lives. [00:00:28] We pray in Jesus' name, amen, amen. [00:00:32] We may be seated this morning. [00:00:33] We welcome everyone. [00:00:36] Man, that's a good song. [00:00:39] Let me tell you, that reminds me of the old days. [00:00:40] I don't care what anybody has to say. [00:00:43] I remember my great-grandmother and my two great aunts [00:00:48] when I was a little bitty boy. [00:00:50] When I was four and five and six years old, [00:00:52] taking me to the first assembly of God Church [00:00:56] and singing those old hymns that actually [00:00:59] talked about Jesus and the blood and the power of forgiveness [00:01:05] and the power of His resurrection. [00:01:08] There's not enough songs like that today, just not enough. [00:01:13] And I don't care what you young whippersnappers say. [00:01:15] Old school is the best school. [00:01:21] One day, you'll know what that means if Jesus tarries. [00:01:26] This morning, got a lot on my heart this morning. [00:01:29] Didn't know even really what to call this [00:01:31] because I knew we were gonna go everywhere [00:01:34] in the Bible this morning. [00:01:38] First place I wanna go, [00:01:39] and you guys are gonna have to move to keep up. [00:01:43] Well, let's go to 2 Timothy chapter three, [00:01:47] and we're gonna look at something [00:01:48] and look at chapter three and chapter four there. [00:01:52] Like I said, though, we're gonna move around quite a bit [00:01:54] because I wanna revisit some things even from last week. [00:02:02] I will go ahead and make this part public. [00:02:07] I did get to finally talk to Robbie Davidson [00:02:10] and he's heard from me and other Christians [00:02:13] and truly is humbling his heart [00:02:16] and he said, changes are gonna be made. [00:02:18] And so that's what brothers do. [00:02:23] We sometimes we, everything's hunky dory [00:02:26] and we get along fine. [00:02:27] Sometimes we disagree and sometimes there has to be [00:02:30] some strong words, but what's beautiful is any time [00:02:35] a brother or sister in the Lord will humble themselves [00:02:38] and say, yeah, I need to make some changes. [00:02:42] That's a good thing, that's what we wanna see. [00:02:44] All of us need to do that at some point or another. [00:02:46] So anyway, I just wanted to share that [00:02:51] because he knows and we all know [00:02:55] there were some things getting off the rails, [00:02:58] but yeah, yeah, even before I'd talked to him, [00:03:06] he'd already been dealing with that [00:03:09] and knew that some things got out of his control [00:03:13] and some people he didn't vet like Karen B, [00:03:16] he didn't know she was gonna do what she did [00:03:17] and then boom, she did it. [00:03:19] So there's gonna be a lot of, [00:03:22] he just said, there's gonna be a lot of changes [00:03:25] come Canada and Dallas, so just letting you know that. [00:03:29] It's always good to let you know when people do respond [00:03:34] that are making changes, amen? [00:03:37] So let's get in this because of course things didn't stop. [00:03:44] Last week was an interesting week and things continued on, [00:03:48] but I wanna go back to this [00:03:51] because I guess one of the things that's on my heart today [00:03:54] is I'm actually just blown away right now [00:03:59] how so many people who call themselves Christians [00:04:01] really don't have a problem with gross and terrible heresies, [00:04:06] false teachings in the body of Christ. [00:04:10] I'm really blown away, but I shouldn't be [00:04:13] because this is exactly what the apostle Paul [00:04:17] by the Holy Spirit prophesied [00:04:18] would happen in the last days. [00:04:22] Last week we did read through this [00:04:24] in Second Timothy chapter three [00:04:26] and I really focused in on those it said, [00:04:28] those who are ever learning but never able [00:04:30] to come to the knowledge of the truth. [00:04:34] Just keep that in mind as we look at this. [00:04:36] I wanna back up and start at verse one. [00:04:38] So this is Second Timothy three one [00:04:41] because let's just keep it in context [00:04:43] of who he's talking about [00:04:46] because I'm just gonna let it rip today as usual. [00:04:55] The Holy Spirit through the apostle Paul said this, [00:04:57] this know also than the last days, [00:05:00] perilous time shall come. [00:05:01] Now if we just had that verse by itself, [00:05:03] we just think Paul was talking about [00:05:04] all the terrible troubles and things like wars [00:05:09] and rumors of wars and earthquakes [00:05:11] and we'd start thinking of all the terrible, [00:05:14] terrible judgments that are coming in the last days. [00:05:16] If that was the context of this verse, [00:05:20] but that's not the context of this verse. [00:05:23] When he says, this know also that in the last days, [00:05:26] perilous or very dangerous times will come, [00:05:30] he begins to talk about problems or the sins in men. [00:05:36] But I wanna tell you, he's talking about, [00:05:37] and I'll prove this as we look at it, [00:05:39] he's talking about people who call themselves Christians [00:05:43] or have a form of godliness. [00:05:46] He's not describing the wicked here. [00:05:48] He's not talking about the wicked. [00:05:51] Everybody assumes that because of what he says. [00:05:55] But the context is not that, let's read it. [00:05:57] So now we're gonna read all the way through. [00:05:59] This know also than the last days, [00:06:01] perilous or dangerous times shall come [00:06:04] for men shall be lovers of their own selves. [00:06:06] Covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers. [00:06:09] Remember that one, blasphemers. [00:06:12] Disobedient to parents, [00:06:14] unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, [00:06:19] truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent [00:06:22] or having no self control whatsoever, [00:06:24] especially in the sexual area. [00:06:26] Fierce, listen to this, [00:06:28] despisers of those that are good, [00:06:31] traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures [00:06:35] more than lovers of God. [00:06:36] Doesn't say they don't love, say they love God. [00:06:38] It just says they love pleasures more than they love God. [00:06:42] And then this is the key that lets you know, [00:06:44] he's not talking to unbelievers [00:06:46] or people who don't claim to be Christians [00:06:48] because he says having a form of godliness [00:06:51] but denying the power thereof from such turn away. [00:06:54] And if you'll notice, that's verse five and verse four, [00:06:57] it's a semicolon there. [00:06:59] So the thought is continuing. [00:07:02] Having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof. [00:07:06] For of this sort are they which creep into houses [00:07:08] and lead captive silly women laden with sins, [00:07:10] led away with divers lust. [00:07:11] Verse seven, ever learning, [00:07:14] never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. [00:07:17] I would say that this is the verse [00:07:19] for the truth movement, even among Christians. [00:07:24] It says now as Genesis and Jambres withstood Moses, [00:07:27] so do these also resist the truth. [00:07:30] Men of corrupt minds reprobate concerning the faith, [00:07:33] but these shall proceed no further [00:07:35] for their folly shall be made manifest [00:07:37] unto all men as theirs also was. [00:07:39] But Paul goes on to say, you have known fully known what? [00:07:42] Did he say first here? [00:07:43] My doctrine, what I teach. [00:07:45] Why do you think Paul put the doctrine [00:07:48] that he taught first? [00:07:50] Because it's most important. [00:07:53] What will you teach? [00:07:54] Doctrine is important. [00:07:58] There's a lot of people out there, you'll hear them. [00:08:01] Christians even. [00:08:02] Oh, doctrine's not important. [00:08:04] That's just too churchy. [00:08:06] That's too legalistic. [00:08:08] That's too dogmatic. [00:08:10] Well, I'm sorry, friend, [00:08:12] but doctrine and adhering to sound doctrine [00:08:15] is part of the Christian faith. [00:08:18] And if you don't, the Bible says, [00:08:19] if you get away from sound doctrine, [00:08:21] you do not have God. [00:08:23] So that's pretty serious. [00:08:24] We're gonna look at that passage in a minute. [00:08:27] This is not a game. [00:08:29] You don't say I walk with Jesus, [00:08:30] but I don't want the Bible. [00:08:32] Or I believe in Jesus, [00:08:33] but I don't know about that book right there. [00:08:37] Or I don't know about everything in that book right there. [00:08:39] No, this book right here, [00:08:41] and in particular, the new covenant [00:08:44] in which we dwell now, live and dwell, [00:08:47] is the doctrine of the apostles. [00:08:50] And they made it very clear [00:08:51] that they got their doctrine directly [00:08:54] from Jesus himself, even Paul. [00:08:57] He said, my doctrine is not mine. [00:08:59] It came directly by revelation. [00:09:02] I was with Jesus three years [00:09:04] in the desert of Arabia. [00:09:06] So even the apostle Paul got his revelation, [00:09:10] his doctrine, his gospel that he preached [00:09:12] directly from Jesus. [00:09:14] He said, these are not my words [00:09:15] with the commands of the Lord. [00:09:19] He said that in Thessalonians and in other places. [00:09:22] The doctrines of the apostles, [00:09:23] we don't get to depart from those doctrines. [00:09:27] And Jesus anointed those men, filled those men, [00:09:30] taught those men and commissioned those men [00:09:33] to explain to us everything that he taught. [00:09:38] I've heard people blasphemously say [00:09:41] that the New Testament is just commentary on Jesus. [00:09:43] And we don't, you know, we just need to go back [00:09:45] and see what just what Jesus said [00:09:46] in the red part of the Bible. [00:09:49] No, Jesus said to his disciples, his apostles, [00:09:53] if they receive you, they receive me. [00:09:56] If they hear you, then they're hearing me. [00:10:01] It's pretty serious. [00:10:02] Those apostles that God used to write this New Testament [00:10:06] by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, [00:10:08] this is, you don't get to add to or take from what they said. [00:10:16] You don't get to make up stuff. [00:10:17] You don't get to add stuff. [00:10:19] You don't get to take away stuff. [00:10:20] You don't get to pick and choose, right? [00:10:24] This is paramount to Christianity [00:10:28] because Paul warned, and I'm gonna read it in a minute, [00:10:30] but he Paul warned that they would come a day [00:10:34] and that people would preach another Jesus. [00:10:36] They would preach another gospel [00:10:39] and they would have another spirit, [00:10:41] but all pretending to be Christian, Christianity. [00:10:46] And we have it, folks. [00:10:48] We have a different Jesus being preached. [00:10:51] We have a different gospel being preached. [00:10:54] We have a different spirit being put forth. [00:11:00] And I'm sorry, I offend a lot of people. [00:11:04] I don't care. [00:11:06] This is what people don't understand. [00:11:08] I'm not gonna listen to him anymore. [00:11:12] Fine, you see any tears? [00:11:16] I'm not losing any sleep over it. [00:11:20] You will stand and give an account [00:11:23] because if you've listened to anything, [00:11:26] you've heard this part. [00:11:28] Now he says here, the deceivers, let's keep reading. [00:11:32] Paul says, but thou is fully known, verse 10, [00:11:35] but thou is fully known, my doctrine, [00:11:38] what I teach from the scriptures, [00:11:40] manner of life, purpose, faith, [00:11:44] long-suffering charity, patience, [00:11:47] persecutions, afflictions, [00:11:48] which came to me at Antioch and Iconium and Lystra, [00:11:51] what persecutions I endured, [00:11:52] but out of them all the Lord delivered me. [00:11:55] Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus [00:11:57] shall suffer persecution, but evil men and seducers. [00:12:02] Seducers here is the Greek word goes. [00:12:04] It means an imposter, a wizard, one who mutters spells, [00:12:09] but an imposter is someone who assumes an identity [00:12:11] in order to deceive you. [00:12:13] They don't really have that identity. [00:12:14] They assume that identity in order to deceive you. [00:12:17] They put on a front. [00:12:19] So that's what this word means here, seducers. [00:12:21] But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, [00:12:25] deceiving and being deceived. [00:12:27] So we're warned here in these perilous times [00:12:29] that people are gonna have this form of godliness [00:12:31] but deny the power of it. [00:12:33] They're gonna have an outward form of Christianity, [00:12:35] but some of them are gonna be blasphemers. [00:12:38] Some of them are gonna hate people [00:12:40] that actually are good, right? [00:12:45] He goes on to say, what's your protection? [00:12:49] You know, there's this thing out there. [00:12:50] Anybody heard of Truth Frequency Radio? [00:12:53] Truth Frequency Radio. [00:12:57] And their little tagline is, [00:12:59] your protection from deception. [00:13:02] And they are loaded with deceivers on that thing. [00:13:06] I laugh when I hear that. [00:13:08] No, your protection from deception [00:13:12] is what he said here to Timothy. [00:13:15] Deceivers are gonna get worse and worse, [00:13:17] but he says, what do you do, Timothy? [00:13:20] Continue in the things which you have learned. [00:13:23] That's first, meaning continue [00:13:25] in the things you have learned from me, [00:13:27] from Peter, from James, from John. [00:13:30] Continue in the things which you have learned [00:13:35] and been assured of knowing of whom you have learned them. [00:13:39] And also, that from a child [00:13:43] you have known the holy scriptures [00:13:46] which are able to make thee wise unto salvation [00:13:48] through faith, which is in Christ Jesus. [00:13:51] All scripture is given by inspiration of God [00:13:53] and is profitable for doctrine, [00:13:55] for reproof, for correction, [00:13:56] for instruction in righteousness [00:13:58] that the man of God may be perfect, [00:14:00] thoroughly furnished unto all good works. [00:14:03] So again, the admonition here is, [00:14:05] continue in the things that you've learned [00:14:09] and in the scriptures, all right? [00:14:13] I have news for you at this time, [00:14:14] the gospels, except for the gospel of John, [00:14:16] were already written. [00:14:19] Many of Paul's epistles were already written. [00:14:23] So he's talking about both the Old Testament scriptures [00:14:27] and New Testament scriptures [00:14:28] and what they'd learned from the apostles. [00:14:31] Now, here's what he says. [00:14:32] Let's go on into chapter four. [00:14:36] This is the main passage I wanna get to. [00:14:40] He says here, I charge thee, [00:14:42] and this is the charge to Timothy as a pastor. [00:14:45] A lot of these teachers out here, [00:14:47] these so-called watchmen and teachers, [00:14:52] many of them admit they're not pastors, [00:14:54] they're not evangelists, they're not shepherds, [00:14:58] they're not called to be apostles, [00:15:00] prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, [00:15:01] and yet people flock to them to be their leaders. [00:15:05] I'm about tired of that too. [00:15:07] Folks need to wake up out there [00:15:11] because Paul here warns, [00:15:13] and this is all by inspiration of the Holy Spirit. [00:15:15] Paul here warns, he says to Timothy, [00:15:16] I charge you or I command you. [00:15:20] Well, if people wouldn't like that today, [00:15:23] be like me telling a young preacher that I'm ordained, [00:15:25] I'm not asking you, I'm telling you. [00:15:29] I command you, [00:15:31] therefore, before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, [00:15:33] who shall judge the quick and the dead [00:15:35] and his appearing in his kingdom, [00:15:37] preach the word, [00:15:39] be instant in season and out of season, [00:15:41] reprove, rebuke, and exhort [00:15:43] with all long suffering and doctrine, [00:15:45] for the time will come [00:15:47] they will not endure sound doctrine. [00:15:49] That means they won't put up with it. [00:15:50] They won't like it. [00:15:51] They won't accept it, [00:15:54] but the time will come [00:15:55] they will not endure sound doctrine, [00:15:57] but after their own lust or their own desires, [00:16:00] shall they heap to themselves, [00:16:03] teachers having itching ears. [00:16:05] They'll have a big pile of lists [00:16:07] of the teachers they like [00:16:09] that tell them what they wanna hear, right? [00:16:13] Oh, there's a bunch of them. [00:16:16] There's a bunch of teachers out there. [00:16:18] He says that they shall heap to themselves, [00:16:20] teachers having itching ears [00:16:23] and they shall turn away their ears from the truth [00:16:25] and shall be turned unto fables. [00:16:29] Fables, myths, stories, [00:16:32] false stories, [00:16:34] like Adam and Eve had sex with the devil. [00:16:40] But as Christians believe in this, [00:16:45] it's not in your Bible, [00:16:49] where'd they get it from? [00:16:51] A fable, a myth, [00:16:54] a false teaching called Gnostic teaching [00:16:57] called the gospel of Thomas and Philip [00:16:59] and the book of occult mysticism called the Zohar. [00:17:03] That's where it comes from. [00:17:05] And I have Christians yesterday willing to fight [00:17:09] over defending doctrines from Gnostics [00:17:13] and from occult mysticism [00:17:16] instead of just accepting the sound doctrine of the Bible. [00:17:21] This is mind blowing people. [00:17:23] But he told us [00:17:24] that the time will come, [00:17:25] look at verse three again, three and four, [00:17:27] but the time will come [00:17:29] when they will not endure sound doctrine, [00:17:31] but after their own lust, [00:17:32] shall they heap them themselves, [00:17:33] teachers having itching ears [00:17:35] and they shall turn away their ears from the truth [00:17:36] and shall be turned into fables. [00:17:39] Now, let me explain to you, [00:17:40] there are some things, [00:17:42] there is some things out here, [00:17:44] and I've said this many times, [00:17:46] that we shouldn't divide over. [00:17:50] There's been debate, [00:17:51] I've seen the debates for 31 years now, [00:17:55] 31 plus years back and forth [00:17:57] on the timing of the rapture [00:18:00] or what should really be called the first resurrection, [00:18:02] the resurrection of the righteous dead, right? [00:18:07] We should never separate over that, all right? [00:18:10] As long as we agree, [00:18:12] there is gonna be a rapture, [00:18:13] a resurrection of the righteous dead at the end [00:18:15] when Jesus comes, [00:18:16] as long as we believe that truth, [00:18:19] arguing about the timing, [00:18:20] I mean, we can discuss it, [00:18:22] but separating from one another [00:18:23] or calling somebody a heretic over that is ridiculous. [00:18:27] Though I've had it done, [00:18:28] because I don't believe in the pre-wrath rapture, [00:18:32] I've been called a heretic and a false teacher [00:18:33] and a false prophet over the rapture issue, [00:18:35] believe it or not. [00:18:36] I mean, it's ridiculous, right? [00:18:37] Just some psycho people out there. [00:18:41] But when we get down to the fundamental doctrines [00:18:46] and what I'm talking about, [00:18:47] the doctrines that really, really matter, [00:18:49] like the character and nature of God, [00:18:53] the Trinity, the triune nature of God, [00:18:57] the deity of Jesus Christ, [00:18:59] Jesus being fully God in the flesh. [00:19:05] When we talk about the virgin birth, [00:19:09] the sinless life of Jesus Christ, [00:19:12] the Messiah, God in the flesh, [00:19:16] the Spirit of God, [00:19:18] the Holy Spirit being the Spirit of the Father, [00:19:20] the Spirit of Jesus Christ, [00:19:21] not Sophia, the goddess of Gnosticism. [00:19:29] We start talking about these fundamental things [00:19:31] that there is only one way [00:19:33] to have your sins forgiven, [00:19:35] to have eternal life [00:19:36] and to be reconciled to the God of creation, [00:19:39] the God of the Bible, [00:19:40] and that is through the blood of Jesus Christ [00:19:42] and you must believe it [00:19:44] and you must confess it [00:19:45] and you must follow Him [00:19:47] to be washed from your sins, [00:19:48] to be saved. [00:19:49] If you believe that people can go to heaven [00:19:52] without Jesus Christ, [00:19:53] you've departed from sound doctrine. [00:19:56] If you believe there's any other way but Jesus [00:19:58] or that Jesus is just one of many ways, [00:20:01] you have departed from the gospel of Jesus Christ, [00:20:06] from the Scriptures and from sound doctrine. [00:20:09] Yeah, we have a lot of Christians that will say that. [00:20:12] If you deny that there is eternal life in heaven [00:20:15] and there's also eternal punishment [00:20:17] and damnation in hell for the wicked [00:20:19] and those who refuse the salvation of Jesus Christ, [00:20:25] then you are denying the gospel of Jesus. [00:20:30] It's that simple. [00:20:31] I don't care how much you say you believe in Jesus. [00:20:33] I don't care how good you try to be. [00:20:36] I don't care how much of a sweet, smooth talking, [00:20:40] nice guy you are. [00:20:43] And I'm just gonna say this [00:20:44] and everybody knows who I'm talking about. [00:20:50] The moment you say the Holy Spirit [00:20:58] is the demon goddess Sophia and feminine, [00:21:03] you are not just having a small departure from orthodoxy. [00:21:10] You are blaspheming the Holy Spirit. [00:21:16] And people out there, listen, [00:21:17] there were Christians out there yesterday, [00:21:18] even though I had this debate going on, [00:21:22] there are people out there still defending [00:21:24] Zen Garcia because he's a nice, smooth talking guy. [00:21:33] I don't care how smooth talking he is. [00:21:36] I don't care how much research he's done. [00:21:39] He's ever learning and never able to come [00:21:42] to the knowledge of the truth. [00:21:43] Because you know what? [00:21:44] The knowledge of the truth is simple. [00:21:46] Jesus Christ is the fullness, listen to me. [00:21:49] This is Colossians chapter two, verse eight and nine. [00:21:52] Jesus Christ of Nazareth, [00:21:56] who was born of the Virgin Mary, [00:21:58] lived a sinless life. [00:22:01] That Jesus of the Bible [00:22:04] is the fullness of the Godhead bodily, [00:22:08] fullness of the Godhead, meaning fully God, [00:22:13] not just a part of God, not like, [00:22:15] and I'm gonna say it, not just the right hand of God, [00:22:19] like a certain individual teaches. [00:22:22] How can you be the fullness of God [00:22:24] and just be his right hand? [00:22:30] How can the Holy Spirit just be wind? [00:22:32] This is one teaching of mine. [00:22:33] The Holy Spirit's just the breath of God. [00:22:35] There's no real, except, huh, it's funny, [00:22:39] the wind, this Holy Spirit speaks, [00:22:43] teaches, baptizes, leads, guides. [00:22:49] I guess their Holy Spirit's just the wind. [00:23:00] God is a spirit and they that worship him [00:23:02] must worship him in spirit and in truth. [00:23:06] The Holy Spirit is fully God. [00:23:09] The Son is fully God. [00:23:10] The Father's fully God. [00:23:13] But they are one. [00:23:18] Can they separate out and do things distinct? [00:23:22] Yes. [00:23:24] But the moment you say, think about this, [00:23:26] if Jesus Christ is the fullness of the Godhead bodily [00:23:30] and you say, that means he's got, [00:23:32] the Father is fully there, the Son is fully there, [00:23:35] and the Holy Spirit is fully there in Jesus Christ, [00:23:38] and then you say that the Holy Spirit [00:23:41] is feminine and Sophia, [00:23:44] then you're saying that Jesus, the Godhead, [00:23:47] is part, is both male and female. [00:23:50] We got a transgender, baphomet situation going on here. [00:23:56] Both sexes at the same time. [00:24:00] This is what Zengar-Sih is teaching. [00:24:05] I'm pretty sure there's some other leaders [00:24:07] in this biblical cosmology movement, [00:24:12] flat earth movement, that actually agree with him as well. [00:24:18] But this is blasphemy. [00:24:21] What does the word blasphemy mean? [00:24:23] You know what it means? [00:24:23] It means to speak irreverently or incorrectly about [00:24:32] just what comes, and Jesus is the one that said, [00:24:34] you will be judged by what comes out of the words [00:24:37] that came out of your mouth. [00:24:40] And he said, guess what? [00:24:41] If you blaspheme the Holy Spirit of God, [00:24:44] that sin's not gonna be forgiven in this world or the next. [00:24:50] No forgiveness. [00:24:51] No. [00:24:55] Something is deeply wrong with you. [00:25:01] If you can speak like that about the Holy Spirit [00:25:04] of the Father, also called the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ, [00:25:10] the only place, Sophia, listen, [00:25:12] Sophia is just a word, right? [00:25:16] It's a Greek word, meaning wisdom. [00:25:18] It's a Greek word. [00:25:23] But it's always been, Sophia's always been a goddess [00:25:28] only among one group of heretics called the Gnostics. [00:25:34] Only, it's never been in Christianity, the apostles, [00:25:40] their disciples, Polycarp, Irenaeus, Ignatius, [00:25:46] all of those seconds. [00:25:47] No, no, no. [00:25:48] In fact, all those guys fought against those early Gnostics [00:25:56] like Serenthus, Marcion, Valentinus. [00:26:03] There's nothing new under the sun. [00:26:08] In fact, the apostle John was going, in Ephesus, [00:26:13] he was going into a bathhouse. [00:26:14] This is documented church history. [00:26:17] He was going into a bathhouse in Ephesus to take a bath [00:26:20] because those are the only places you could take a bath. [00:26:22] They didn't have bathrooms in the houses back then. [00:26:26] He goes into the bathhouse. [00:26:27] He finds out that the heretic Gnostic Serenthus [00:26:30] is in the bathhouse and he runs out [00:26:33] and would not run out without taking a bath [00:26:35] and said, I'm not even gonna be [00:26:38] in the same building with this guy. [00:26:41] He is the enemy of all truth. [00:26:49] Think about it, that's the apostle John. [00:26:53] It's fascinating when you start looking [00:26:54] into church history. [00:26:56] You find out that all the so-called false teachings [00:27:00] and heresies that we have in the church today, [00:27:03] they're not new. [00:27:06] None of them are new. [00:27:08] This Torah movement thing, it's not new. [00:27:10] There was a group called the Ebionites. [00:27:13] It's not new. [00:27:24] Nothing new under the sun. [00:27:26] Ecclesiastes chapter one. [00:27:29] Nothing new under the sun. [00:27:30] Now, people are getting all their panties into wad [00:27:38] and their peanut butter and their jelly mixed together [00:27:41] and everything else. [00:27:45] What was it? [00:27:46] Bill Murray said cats and dogs living together. [00:27:52] Chaos. [00:27:55] Because I dare say that someone that says [00:27:59] the Holy Spirit of Almighty God, [00:28:01] the Spirit of Jesus Christ is feminine [00:28:03] and can be called after the Gnostic God of Sophia. [00:28:09] That that's blasphemy. [00:28:10] People losing their minds. [00:28:14] But I'm sorry, I call a spade a spade. [00:28:20] I call a tree a tree. [00:28:23] You get what I'm saying? [00:28:29] You're a habitual adulterer, you're an adulterer. [00:28:33] You're a habitual fornicator, you're a fornicator. [00:28:35] You're a habitual drunkard, you're a drunkard. [00:28:37] It's not mean to say what you are. [00:28:40] How you live, what you believe, what you say [00:28:44] is what you are. [00:28:47] The apostle John, he lived the longest. [00:28:51] He died of old age. [00:28:55] And he lived on into the second century, [00:28:57] early second century. [00:28:59] He wrote the Gospel of John, [00:29:04] and this is church history. [00:29:05] They say he wrote the Gospel of John primarily. [00:29:07] Of course, the Holy Spirit led him, [00:29:09] but it was to oppose the teachings of Serenthas. [00:29:15] Because Serenthas did not accept the deity [00:29:17] that Jesus Christ was fully God in the flesh. [00:29:21] That's why John opens his Gospels. [00:29:23] In the beginning was the Word. [00:29:24] The Word was with God [00:29:25] and the Word was God. [00:29:27] And all things were made by him [00:29:29] and without him was not anything made that was made. [00:29:31] Because the early Gnostics also taught [00:29:33] that there were two different creators. [00:29:39] But Sophia is a central theme to all the Gnostics, [00:29:42] even all their weird different versions that they had. [00:29:45] Now, why would you try to add to any of this book [00:29:52] with people who were deniers of Jesus Christ [00:29:56] as God in the flesh? [00:29:59] Why would you incorporate [00:30:01] and try to make the Holy Spirit out to be Sophia [00:30:05] unless you are demon possessed in your mind [00:30:08] and your spirit, you're poisoned, [00:30:11] and you're poisoning other people with this nonsense. [00:30:17] I'm not here to win a Flat Earth popularity contest [00:30:23] or any other contest. [00:30:24] Let me tell you something about celebrity, folks. [00:30:29] Celebrity blinds. [00:30:34] People get a little notoriety and all of a sudden, [00:30:37] or they get around people that they think [00:30:39] have a little bit of notoriety or fame or celebrity. [00:30:42] And it's like everything goes out the window. [00:30:44] All discernment goes out the window [00:30:46] and it's a bunch of brown nose and sycophants. [00:30:53] And that's what we got going on too. [00:30:54] Even in the biblical cosmology, [00:30:58] Flat Earth, revelation and movement. [00:31:02] That's like, oh, he makes great Flat Earth videos. [00:31:08] I don't care that he says the Holy Spirit is Sophia. [00:31:13] I don't care that he says you gotta keep the law of Moses [00:31:16] to be a real Christian that really loves God. [00:31:29] I guess what I'm shocked about is how many people just go, [00:31:32] ooh, that's you know who. [00:31:39] I could show you the screenshots [00:31:43] of just the personality worship. [00:31:52] It's ridiculous. [00:31:58] It goes right out the window. [00:31:59] The truth goes right out the window. [00:32:00] It doesn't matter. [00:32:03] And that's why, you know, yesterday when I see, [00:32:06] people have a hard time today. [00:32:07] You know why? [00:32:09] Because we've had these centuries now. [00:32:13] We've had about a century [00:32:15] of watered down preaching in the West. [00:32:21] I say a century, probably really the last 50 years, [00:32:24] definitely the last 30 years. [00:32:26] The whole seeker sensitive mega church, [00:32:29] watered it down, world council of churches type of stuff. [00:32:34] Bill Hybels, Rick Warren. [00:32:38] What's the one here? [00:32:39] Chris Hodges. [00:32:42] Who else? [00:32:43] My missing, the big mega churches across the country. [00:32:47] But the whole philosophy, what's that? [00:32:49] Osteen, exactly. [00:32:52] But the whole philosophy though is watered down [00:32:55] so that we don't say anything that will offend people. [00:33:02] And let me tell you, you can craft a message. [00:33:08] Any preacher can do this. [00:33:09] You can craft a message that says good, positive things [00:33:15] that would make no one in the crowd upset. [00:33:22] But the moment you say that if you live in certain sins, [00:33:29] you are a sinner and you are in trouble with God [00:33:36] and that the only way to be forgiven of your sins [00:33:41] is through confessing them and repenting them [00:33:44] and actually feeling bad about it and going to Jesus [00:33:48] and asking him to forgive you and wash you in his blood, [00:33:52] that his blood would wash your sins away [00:33:56] and that there is no other way. [00:33:58] It's not church attendance. [00:34:00] It's not baptism. [00:34:01] It's not trying to be good. [00:34:02] It's not trying to give to the poor. [00:34:04] It's not all these other things. [00:34:05] You must come to Jesus Christ by faith. [00:34:11] We don't add circumcision or Sabbath keeping [00:34:13] or feast keeping or anything else to this. [00:34:21] No, the Ebionites did that and Serenthas did that. [00:34:25] He thought you had to keep the law of Moses to be saved, [00:34:28] to be really right with God. [00:34:30] In the time of the apostle John, nothing new. [00:34:38] I ought to read you some of the early church fathers quotes [00:34:41] here, but I'm going to read some more of the scriptures [00:34:42] first here. [00:34:44] Let's read this one. [00:34:48] Go to Isaiah chapter 30. [00:34:52] Y'all don't mind if I preach for a minute, do you? [00:34:55] I'm a little fired up this morning. [00:34:58] Isaiah 30, this is what we have today. [00:35:05] If they're a smooth talker, they're a sweet talker. [00:35:09] This is why I know there's a lot of Christians [00:35:10] who are gonna follow the Antichrist when he comes. [00:35:13] Cause he's going to be a smooth talker. [00:35:16] He's going to be sweet. [00:35:17] He's going to talk about peace, world peace. [00:35:20] Everybody getting along. [00:35:25] What it says, this is Isaiah 30 verse eight, [00:35:30] spirit of God, the Lord speaks to Isaiah says, [00:35:33] now go, write it before them in a table [00:35:36] and note it in a book that it may be for a time [00:35:40] to come forever and ever. [00:35:44] He says that this is a rebellious people, [00:35:46] lying children, children that will not hear [00:35:49] the law of the Lord. [00:35:51] And of course the Tor heads are going to go, [00:35:53] oh yeah, see, that's the law. [00:35:54] No, it's new covenant law now. [00:35:56] All Old Testament scriptures have to be taken [00:35:59] in the context of the New Testament or you're off base. [00:36:02] It's that simple. [00:36:05] Which say to the seers, see not, [00:36:09] and to the prophets prophesied not unto us right things [00:36:12] but speak unto us smooth things, prophesied deceits. [00:36:18] Speak to us smooth things. [00:36:21] Don't tell us what's right. [00:36:25] Speak, see, this whole mentality has been around. [00:36:29] This is Isaiah 750 BC. [00:36:32] The people of God have always had this tendency. [00:36:37] Don't tell us the truth. [00:36:40] Speak to us smooth things, easy things, fables and myths. [00:36:45] Don't tell us we're sinners. [00:36:47] Don't tell us Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven. [00:36:50] Don't tell us Jesus is God in the flesh. [00:36:52] We wanna get along with everybody else. [00:36:54] It says he's just a man. [00:37:05] He says he'll get you, verse 11, get you out of the way. [00:37:08] Turn aside out of the path. [00:37:09] Cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us. [00:37:16] We don't really want, see here's the thing. [00:37:18] When you don't really accept who the true God is, [00:37:23] Father, Son and Holy Spirit. [00:37:27] When you don't accept the true God as he is, [00:37:32] then you create one in the image you so desire. [00:37:40] You either accept him, how he says he is, [00:37:44] or you create your own. [00:37:49] And that's what Islam has done in Buddhism and Hinduism [00:37:54] and the whole new age and all the Gnostic type stuff. [00:37:58] And many Christians really have created their own God. [00:38:03] Cause they've created a God that thinks, [00:38:05] God is good with however I wanna live my life. [00:38:09] He's good and he's not sending anybody [00:38:12] to an eternal hell or punishment. [00:38:14] That's a big thing now. [00:38:17] No hell, annihilationism. [00:38:21] But it's exactly what Jesus taught. [00:38:24] Luke 16, he made it clear. [00:38:26] Two people died, one went. [00:38:29] To paradise, the other one went into hell [00:38:33] and lifted up his eyes being in torment in the flame. [00:38:43] And Jesus told him, nobody's passing [00:38:46] from one side to the other. [00:38:52] Once there, you're not getting out. [00:38:55] But we have these people come along. [00:38:57] No, no, no, no, God's a loving God. [00:38:59] Do you know where that came from? [00:39:01] The early Gnostics, Serenthus, Marcion. [00:39:05] No, no, no, no, no, the God of the New Testament's [00:39:07] loving God, he's not like that God of the Old Testament. [00:39:12] They created two gods, duality. [00:39:18] No, no, no, no, God wouldn't judge you [00:39:22] for sin and rebellion and disobedience. [00:39:26] No, he wouldn't do that. [00:39:29] But they have a problem because if they keep [00:39:30] reading the New Testament, the Bible says in Thessalon, [00:39:34] Jesus is coming in flaming fire to take vengeance [00:39:37] on those who know not God and those who disobey [00:39:40] or don't obey the gospel of Jesus Christ. [00:39:44] The wrath of the Lamb is coming upon the captains [00:39:47] and the rich men, so much so that they will say, [00:39:51] hide us from the wrath of the Lamb, [00:39:53] from the one that sits on the throne. [00:39:59] No, no, no, God's patience is his mercy and love, [00:40:08] but don't ever think he's gonna let sin, rebellion, [00:40:12] false teaching, deception, lies, wickedness, [00:40:17] that he's just gonna let that go on forever. [00:40:20] No, no, no, no, he's put a stop to it several times. [00:40:23] You know, it's funny, the atheists and the agnostics [00:40:25] and the Gnostic Christians, oh, why does God allow [00:40:30] evil in the world? [00:40:31] And then when he puts a stop to it, like the flood of Noah, [00:40:33] oh, he's a terrible maniac killer. [00:40:38] Can't have it both ways. [00:40:41] There are some people dedicated to be wicked and evil [00:40:44] their entire life. [00:40:45] So you either take them out or let them continue. [00:40:49] But see, the sinners out there, [00:40:52] the people who depend on human reasoning [00:40:54] or their demonic wisdom, [00:40:56] that's why they never make logical sense. [00:40:59] Why does God allow evil? [00:41:01] Oh, wipe out those evil people right there. [00:41:05] God's decided, oh, he's a bad guy. [00:41:08] Wait a minute. [00:41:09] Oh, God shouldn't have wiped out those evil people. [00:41:11] Well, now, what place are you putting yourself in? [00:41:17] All of a sudden, you're the God, right? [00:41:19] You're the judge of what should or should not be done [00:41:22] by God. [00:41:25] But that's what the Gnostics did very early on [00:41:31] because they couldn't handle this God of wrath [00:41:33] and judgment. [00:41:36] And that's why they did away with the issue of sin. [00:41:39] Do you know that the doctrine of predestination [00:41:42] of John Calvin came from the Gnostics? [00:41:47] It came from the Gnostics. [00:41:49] They're the ones said that if your spirit came from Sophia [00:41:52] and you were one of us, [00:41:52] you were enlightened by Sophia and her gnosis, [00:41:55] her knowledge, [00:41:56] that meant when you were one of the predestined ones [00:41:59] to be saved, it didn't matter what your behavior [00:42:01] or how you lived your life [00:42:02] or how much you sinned or didn't sin. [00:42:04] All that came from the Gnostics. [00:42:06] And then Augustine adopted it and then Calvin adopted it. [00:42:09] And then we have churches that teach it. [00:42:16] But the Ebionites, the Ebionites were the Torah movement. [00:42:28] It's really mind-blowing, isn't it? [00:42:35] Let's go to another Jeremiah chapter, [00:42:41] I think it's chapter five, I'm pretty sure. [00:42:46] Yeah, Jeremiah five. [00:43:05] He says here, and he's talking about all of their issues, [00:43:09] all of their sins. [00:43:10] We're gonna go down to verse 29. [00:43:13] The Lord speaks here, [00:43:17] and speaking to his people who won't fear him, [00:43:20] who won't tremble before him, [00:43:21] who just have a rebellious heart. [00:43:25] And he says in verse 29, [00:43:27] shall I not visit for these things? [00:43:29] And this visit, he means his judgment. [00:43:32] Shall I not visit for these things, sayeth the Lord, [00:43:34] shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this? [00:43:38] And then he says, [00:43:38] there's a wonderful and horrible thing [00:43:40] is committed in the land. [00:43:42] The prophets prophesy falsely [00:43:44] and the priests bear rule by their means [00:43:46] and my people love to have it so. [00:43:50] And what will you do in the end thereof? [00:43:54] The problem is not with the false prophets [00:43:57] and teachers that abound now. [00:44:01] The problem is that the people of God love it [00:44:06] and eat it up. [00:44:09] And when anyone like me or somebody there takes a stand up [00:44:13] and say, no, this is heresy. [00:44:16] This is false teaching. [00:44:17] This is demonic. [00:44:19] This is blasphemy. [00:44:20] This is error. [00:44:23] I'm the bad guy. [00:44:27] Because the smooth talker talks about love. [00:44:31] You see? [00:44:32] This is the way it goes. [00:44:33] This is the game. [00:44:35] I told my wife, this is the game. [00:44:37] I've been dealing with this ever since [00:44:40] God called me to the ministry. [00:44:42] This is the game. [00:44:46] Keep quiet. [00:44:48] Don't tell anybody they're wrong. [00:44:49] Don't rebuke. [00:44:50] Don't correct. [00:44:51] Don't instruct. [00:44:52] Don't call out false doctrine and teaching. [00:44:54] And you'll be loved by everyone pretty much. [00:45:02] But you dare do it and say no. [00:45:05] So what's beautiful is last year [00:45:08] at the Flat Earth International Conference [00:45:10] when I stood up and said, [00:45:11] Jesus is the only way to eternal life. [00:45:14] He's the only way to heaven. [00:45:18] You must believe he died for your sins [00:45:19] and rose from the dead. [00:45:22] He's the only one that can forgive you [00:45:23] and wash your sins away. [00:45:26] There is no other way to escape hell [00:45:28] and eternal damnation. [00:45:30] That made the wicked in that room tremble. [00:45:34] Some of them ran out in tears. [00:45:40] That's the gospel. [00:45:43] I'm gonna go ahead and say, [00:45:44] saying I have a biblical worldview, [00:45:49] that's not preaching the gospel. [00:45:54] No, the gospel is when you declare [00:45:58] the way of salvation, plainly, clearly. [00:46:04] Remember the Bible says that if you don't confess [00:46:06] Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart [00:46:09] that God has raised him from the dead, [00:46:11] if you don't believe, you're not gonna be saved. [00:46:14] How can anyone in the audience get saved [00:46:16] if you don't tell them Jesus died for their sins, [00:46:19] rose from the dead and you have to believe that [00:46:21] and you have to confess your sins [00:46:23] and repent of your sins [00:46:24] and you have to follow him [00:46:25] if you want eternal life in heaven [00:46:26] and escape the punishment and wrath of God in hell. [00:46:29] That's the gospel. [00:46:31] That's what offends them. [00:46:33] That's what they hate, [00:46:34] that it is God in the flesh, [00:46:39] born of a virgin, [00:46:41] lived a sinless life, [00:46:44] healed the sick, [00:46:45] cleansed the leopards, [00:46:46] raised the dead, [00:46:47] test out demons, [00:46:48] taught the truth, [00:46:49] the Messiah, [00:46:51] Emmanuel, [00:46:53] the one called the Son, [00:46:55] but also called the mighty God [00:46:57] and the everlasting Father and the Prince of Peace. [00:47:01] If you don't declare Jesus [00:47:03] is the fullness of the Godhead bodily, [00:47:05] you are a heretic. [00:47:10] If you say there's any other way [00:47:12] or there's multiple ways to get forgiven [00:47:15] or go to heaven, [00:47:16] you are a heretic. [00:47:19] If you say that this book, [00:47:21] I don't know, some of it may be true [00:47:23] and some of it not, [00:47:24] you are a heretic. [00:47:26] You're a false teacher, a deceiver. [00:47:29] If you say, I've got to keep the Lord Moses [00:47:31] to be saved or to be right with God, [00:47:33] then you have printing another gospel. [00:47:41] I'm sick of it. [00:47:42] I'm done with it. [00:47:47] It's heresy. [00:47:50] Let's look at it. [00:47:50] I want to show you that. [00:47:57] Second Corinthians chapter 11. [00:48:03] I may have to go a little longer. [00:48:07] It's not 12 yet. [00:48:09] We're okay. [00:48:15] Paul said this, [00:48:16] with the God that you could bear with me [00:48:18] a little in my folly and indeed bear with me. [00:48:21] For I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy, [00:48:24] for I've espoused you to one husband [00:48:25] that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. [00:48:28] But I fear lest by any means [00:48:30] is the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety. [00:48:33] So your mind should be corrupted [00:48:34] from the simplicity that is in Christ. [00:48:37] For if he that cometh preaches another Jesus [00:48:39] whom we have not preached, [00:48:40] or if you receive another spirit, [00:48:41] which you have not received, [00:48:42] or another gospel, which you have not accepted, [00:48:45] you might well bear with him. [00:48:48] Paul was worried. [00:48:52] He was worried about the Christians at Corinth [00:48:54] being deceived by another Jesus, [00:48:57] another gospel, another spirit. [00:49:03] Let me tell you right now, [00:49:06] there's a lot of people in this so-called truth movement, [00:49:08] a lot of people in this so-called Torah movement, [00:49:10] Hebrew roots movement, whatever you wanna call it, [00:49:13] who are denying who Jesus is [00:49:16] as the fullness of the Godhead bodily. [00:49:22] If you don't preach Emmanuel, God with us, [00:49:26] fully God, not just the right hand of God, [00:49:29] Serenthus, the Gnostic, the early Gnostic [00:49:31] that battled with the apostle John, [00:49:33] he taught that Jesus was just a man [00:49:35] and that the Christ Spirit came on him at the baptism. [00:49:42] Not that he was the eternal word, [00:49:46] son, aspect of the Godhead. [00:49:51] No different. [00:49:52] What does New Age say today? [00:49:54] It's the Christ Spirit, it's the Christ consciousness. [00:49:57] Can be in any of us. [00:49:59] Which, what does that do? [00:50:00] It makes Jesus not unique. [00:50:05] He was just a man, but the Christ Spirit. [00:50:07] That's what they say that basically [00:50:09] the same Christ Spirit came on Buddha, [00:50:11] came on Krishna, came on Mohammed, [00:50:15] came on these different people [00:50:16] that it was just a Christ consciousness to give us truth. [00:50:21] You see? [00:50:22] But where did this come from? [00:50:24] Serenthus, first century. [00:50:28] It's not New Age, it's old age. [00:50:30] It's old age Gnosticism. [00:50:33] It's old age demonic false teaching of the devil. [00:50:40] That's why John wrote in 1 John 4, [00:50:43] if they confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. [00:50:53] God, the truth, one of the most fundamental truths [00:50:57] of the Bible of the new covenant of who God is, [00:51:00] is that God became a man. [00:51:03] He didn't require another man, [00:51:05] a different man to die for the sins of mankind. [00:51:08] He died. [00:51:09] He laid down his life. [00:51:11] Jesus said, if you've seen me, [00:51:12] you've seen the Father. [00:51:15] I didn't make that up. [00:51:17] That's John 14. [00:51:23] So I don't understand how the Trinity works. [00:51:26] Guess what? [00:51:27] Join the club. [00:51:27] A lot of people don't understand it. [00:51:29] You don't have to understand. [00:51:30] I don't understand how everything works [00:51:33] in a computer either, but I use one. [00:51:43] I just know this, [00:51:45] that God has three parts and he's one God. [00:51:52] And I know when you look at Jesus, [00:51:54] you are seeing according to Colossians, [00:51:58] according to Matthew, [00:51:59] according to Isaiah, [00:52:01] according to Micah, [00:52:03] you are seeing God almighty, [00:52:05] the creator manifested in the flesh fully. [00:52:14] Any diminishing of that, [00:52:16] any diminishing is demonic heresy, [00:52:24] false teaching and dangerous [00:52:26] because you're preaching another Jesus, a different one. [00:52:29] Listen, Deepak Chopra and Oprah preach a Jesus. [00:52:34] They can say that the third Jesus, [00:52:38] the third Jesus is coming. [00:52:48] There's one Jesus [00:52:53] and he is God in the flesh. [00:52:56] And being God in the flesh laid down his life [00:53:01] for the sins of mankind, [00:53:02] paid for the penalty, [00:53:06] made the way for you to escape the wrath of God. [00:53:13] He knew no mortal mere human being, [00:53:17] no mortal man could pay the price for other man's sins. [00:53:20] How ridiculous is that? [00:53:22] Once you go down that road, [00:53:23] if Jesus is not fully God in the flesh, [00:53:26] then you have gone down the road of complete heresy. [00:53:30] You're taking away the whole means of salvation. [00:53:38] Stephen couldn't pay for my sins. [00:53:40] Jordan couldn't pay for my sins. [00:53:41] Paul couldn't pay for my sins. [00:53:43] It had to be God. [00:53:45] It had to be the blood of God. [00:53:53] And then when you say, [00:53:55] you come along and you say, [00:53:56] oh, oh, here the new covenant says, [00:53:59] you just believe in Jesus and follow him [00:54:01] according to the new covenant. [00:54:03] And then he says, no, no, to be really right, [00:54:05] you got to go back and try to keep the Sabbath [00:54:08] and the feast and the new moons [00:54:09] and the circumcision and the dietary laws. [00:54:13] Paul said, if you did that, [00:54:15] if that's what you do, [00:54:17] he said, you're preaching another gospel, [00:54:18] you're perverting the gospel of Jesus Christ. [00:54:20] That's what Galatians was all about. [00:54:22] And they hate, these people now, [00:54:23] these Torah people hate Galatians. [00:54:28] Why? [00:54:28] Because it is the book written against that. [00:54:30] Paul said that matter of fact, [00:54:32] church historians, Eusebius says, [00:54:35] Paul wrote Galatians against the teachings [00:54:40] of Serenthus and the Ibbianites. [00:54:46] He wrote it for that purpose [00:54:49] to deal with that era, that heresy. [00:54:53] And you'll hear all kinds of stuff. [00:54:54] Well, I just, we just don't understand [00:54:56] what Paul was saying. [00:54:58] I don't know, I understand it perfectly. [00:55:01] Cause I'm not bothered by it. [00:55:07] The only books in the Bible that bother you [00:55:09] are the ones that are trying to uproot you [00:55:12] from some false thinking or false theology. [00:55:22] But the moment also you say [00:55:25] that the Holy Spirit of the Father, [00:55:27] the Spirit of Jesus Christ is feminine [00:55:31] and akin to the God of Sophia, [00:55:33] you are now putting forth a different spirit. [00:55:39] Now, let me show you something. [00:55:40] People think I'm too harsh, [00:55:42] too harsh on old Zen Garcia. [00:55:45] Oh, oh, and of course Zen and others, [00:55:48] why don't you debate him? [00:55:49] Let me tell you why I don't debate him. [00:55:52] Just like John, I don't even wanna be [00:55:53] in the same building with him anymore. [00:55:55] Why? [00:55:57] Why would I want to publicize and draw attention [00:56:01] and an audience to his heresy more than he already has? [00:56:12] I'm gonna read you some verses here. [00:56:15] Y'all ready for this? [00:56:17] First of all, let's look at blasphemy [00:56:18] of the Holy Spirit, what it is. [00:56:20] According to Jesus, not according to anybody else. [00:56:25] Go to Matthew 12. [00:56:33] And I'm gonna say this, I don't care who you are. [00:56:36] If you agree with Zen's teaching [00:56:40] that the Holy Spirit is feminine and Sophia, [00:56:45] and you dare say that out of your mouth, you're blaspheme. [00:56:50] But what Pastor D, the word spirit in the Hebrew is ruach [00:56:56] and it's feminine. [00:57:02] The word ruach by itself is just a general term for spirit. [00:57:08] It can be evil spirit, good spirit, angel spirit. [00:57:12] But the moment you put kodesh with it, [00:57:17] Holy Spirit, guess what, kodesh is, it's a masculine. [00:57:25] The word comforter in the Greek, [00:57:28] when Jesus said, I'm gonna send you a comforter, [00:57:31] the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth, [00:57:33] when he said the comforter, pericletos, pericletos. [00:57:38] Masculine, masculine now. [00:57:44] The word numa in Greek, meaning spirit, [00:57:48] which can mean by itself, can mean evil spirit, [00:57:51] good spirit, angel spirit, God spirit. [00:57:55] Numa, neutral, neuter, neutral. [00:58:03] But you put the Spirit of God to that? [00:58:08] The translators and all these different translations [00:58:11] didn't get it wrong, him, he. [00:58:17] This is a ridiculous argument. [00:58:19] It's another ridiculous argument to say, [00:58:21] well, wisdom in Proverbs is referred to a her. [00:58:24] Well, yeah, so is the church referred to a her, [00:58:26] but we all female in the church? [00:58:30] No, it's actually figurative language. [00:58:33] Don't say that around flat earthers [00:58:35] because it can't be any more figurative [00:58:36] or metaphors in the Bible. [00:58:37] No, there are some. [00:58:42] The church is referred to as a she, [00:58:44] but it's not made up of all shes. [00:58:50] Stop being an idiot and twisting things. [00:59:01] This is blaspheming the Holy Spirit. [00:59:05] Oh, I guess I should use the biblical word then, [00:59:08] in case I offend somebody by saying idiot, idiot, right? [00:59:12] So we'll say brutish, [00:59:14] the nice King James word means stupid, okay? [00:59:19] That's what brutish means. [00:59:20] That's in King James, though. [00:59:21] So we'll use that instead of idiot or stupid. [00:59:25] You're brutish, okay? [00:59:35] Let me tell you, anything that departs [00:59:37] from these sound, clear doctrines about it is stupid. [00:59:41] It's foolish, it's dangerous. [00:59:44] If you continue in the word, Jesus said, [00:59:46] then you're my disciples indeed. [00:59:48] You'll get to depart from the word [00:59:50] and still be a disciple, right? [00:59:54] Here's what he says here. [00:59:54] Here's the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. [00:59:57] And I just received a text, [00:59:59] I'm gonna say this from Nathan Roberts [01:00:01] that I love you, love you too, brother. [01:00:03] Appreciate the fact that Nathan Roberts [01:00:05] has some guts to stand for the truth of God's word [01:00:08] and he don't care what people think. [01:00:09] I appreciate that right there. [01:00:11] I love that, all right? [01:00:14] So shout out to Nathan Roberts. [01:00:21] Hey, gotta have a little fun. [01:00:22] Matthew 12, and listen, because I rebuke somebody [01:00:28] or correct somebody or don't agree with somebody, [01:00:31] does not mean I don't love them. [01:00:32] In fact, I love them enough to tell them the truth [01:00:35] and hopefully they will repent. [01:00:39] Though I don't know if there's coming back [01:00:41] from this one or not. [01:00:42] That's gonna be up to God, I can't say. [01:00:46] But blasphemy of the Holy Spirit's a serious matter. [01:00:48] And we shouldn't take it lightly [01:00:50] or just brush it off as if it's not a serious thing. [01:00:54] So look at Matthew 12. [01:00:55] Let's look at the story. [01:00:56] Go to verse 22. [01:01:02] I'll let Kevin put that up there for you. [01:01:13] Matthew 12, verse 22. [01:01:14] Then was brought unto him that is unto Jesus, [01:01:16] one possessed with the devil, blind and dumb, [01:01:19] and healed him in so much that the blind and dumb [01:01:21] both spake and saw. [01:01:23] And all the people were amazed and said, [01:01:24] it's not this the son of David. [01:01:27] And when the Pharisees heard it, [01:01:28] they said, this fellow doth not cast out devils, [01:01:30] but by Beals above, the prince of the devils. [01:01:34] And Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them, [01:01:35] every kingdom divided against itself [01:01:37] is brought to desolation in every city or house [01:01:39] divided against itself shall not stand. [01:01:41] And if Satan cast out Satan, [01:01:43] he is divided against himself, [01:01:45] how shall then his kingdom stand? [01:01:47] But if I by Beals above cast out devils, [01:01:50] by who do your children cast them out? [01:01:52] Therefore they shall be your judges. [01:01:54] But if I cast out devils by the spirit of God, [01:01:57] then the kingdom of God is come unto you. [01:02:00] Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house [01:02:02] and spoil his goods, [01:02:03] except he first bind the strong man [01:02:05] and then he will spoil his house. [01:02:07] He that is not with me is against me [01:02:09] and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. [01:02:12] Wherefore I say unto you that all manner of sin [01:02:17] and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men, [01:02:19] but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost, [01:02:22] the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven unto men. [01:02:26] And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, [01:02:29] it shall be forgiven him, [01:02:30] but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, [01:02:33] it shall not be forgiven him neither in this world, [01:02:36] neither in the world to come. [01:02:38] Notice he says he that speaks against the Holy Spirit. [01:02:45] Now what pushed Jesus to say this? [01:02:49] What provoked him to say this? [01:02:52] Jesus just cast demons out of a boy and that boy was healed. [01:02:57] And then Jesus says, and we'll skip a little down, [01:03:01] but basically Jesus says, [01:03:02] when he was casting demons out of people [01:03:04] that he did that by the spirit of God, [01:03:08] by the Holy Spirit in him. [01:03:09] It was the Holy Spirit working through him. [01:03:12] And the moment you take the work of the Holy Spirit [01:03:15] or who the Holy Spirit is, [01:03:17] and like the Pharisees say, [01:03:18] no, it's not the Holy Spirit, it's Beelzebub. [01:03:21] It's the chief of the devils. [01:03:24] Jesus said, whoa, boys, [01:03:29] you think the devil's fighting the devil? [01:03:34] Are you that stupid? [01:03:39] Why would the devil fight himself? [01:03:41] He's not fighting himself. [01:03:44] In fact, what Jesus was saying to them, [01:03:45] the fact that I'm casting demons out of people [01:03:47] ought to prove to you whose side I'm on. [01:03:53] But I cast out devils by the spirit of God. [01:03:55] And you wanna say that the spirit of God [01:03:57] who's driving out demons is a demon? [01:04:03] You're speaking against the Holy Ghost now, [01:04:04] not even against me. [01:04:06] You're not speaking against me, [01:04:07] you're speaking against the Holy Spirit. [01:04:11] All right, Dave Murphy the other day on that video [01:04:14] said the demon, I'm not possessed [01:04:15] with your demon Holy Spirit. [01:04:22] This is gone to a whole new level. [01:04:27] But Sophia within, listen, [01:04:31] I don't care if it's the Kabbalah or the Kabbalah, [01:04:36] in the Jewish occult mysticism, [01:04:40] there is a female goddess named Emma or Emma O, all right? [01:04:45] They believe in this. [01:04:47] You can go trace this all the way back. [01:04:50] Ancient Jewish mysticism, [01:04:51] they always tried to incorporate a goddess. [01:04:53] That's why Roman Catholics did it. [01:04:55] They just joined in the club, all right? [01:04:59] But they was always trying to throw a goddess in there. [01:05:01] Lilith, asterisk, [01:05:05] always trying to throw a goddess in there. [01:05:08] And so the early, all the early Gnostics [01:05:15] was all about, oh yeah, we believe in the God of the Bible. [01:05:20] Some of them say, [01:05:20] we believe in the God of the Old Testament [01:05:22] or we believe in Jesus, but they would throw in. [01:05:27] But there's a feminine part to the Trinity [01:05:29] or to the Godhead called Sophia. [01:05:38] The moment you say, Holy Spirit feminine Sophia, [01:05:42] you have just said that the Holy Spirit of God [01:05:47] is a demon or akin to or likened to [01:05:51] or is a demon goddess of Gnosticism. [01:05:58] What is that? [01:06:05] It's blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. [01:06:08] You've just attributed demonic qualities [01:06:14] that's not in God's word to the Holy Spirit. [01:06:18] You're speaking against. [01:06:21] Now, and also here's another thing, the danger of this. [01:06:24] If you say this, then young Christians, new believers, [01:06:32] or maybe people that are right on the verge [01:06:34] of becoming Christians are going to feel like [01:06:36] they can go down this road of this endless sewer hole [01:06:46] of extra biblical writings. [01:06:55] And then we're in trouble. [01:07:00] I mean, I think about some of the things [01:07:01] the Gospel of Thomas and Philip says. [01:07:02] The Gospel of Thomas and Philip that they dug up [01:07:06] says that women are so bad [01:07:09] that God won't even save them [01:07:11] and that he has to turn them into a man first [01:07:13] before he can save them. [01:07:16] And you're going to take doctrine from that. [01:07:22] Now, just because I say that the Holy Spirit [01:07:24] is not feminine or Sophia [01:07:26] does not mean I think women are second class. [01:07:29] I think we made that clear just a few weeks ago. [01:07:36] But you know, I'm going to be kind of frank this morning [01:07:38] about this, because one of the big things [01:07:41] is that God made them both male and female, [01:07:43] created them, and because male and female human beings [01:07:47] are created in the image of God, [01:07:49] therefore, God must have a female part. [01:07:56] You know, here's the, here, [01:07:57] let me just give you a quick little anatomy lesson. [01:08:00] Okay, men and women are pretty much the same. [01:08:06] We have a heart, we have lungs, [01:08:08] we have a head, we have ears, we have eyes, [01:08:10] we have nose, we're pretty much the same [01:08:12] except for some other parts, right? [01:08:18] Just a little bit, just a little different. [01:08:24] Now, let me ask you something. [01:08:27] When God says He created us in His image, [01:08:30] does that mean He has to have both parts? [01:08:36] How ridiculous is that? [01:08:37] That is human reasoning, a really demonic reasoning. [01:08:42] Because again, who's the God, the demon God [01:08:45] that has both parts at the same time? [01:08:48] Baphomet. [01:08:52] She's saying our God is like Baphomet? [01:08:58] No, He's not. [01:09:03] And I should say, not just, you know, [01:09:05] different between men and women, [01:09:06] not just a couple of different parts, [01:09:09] but just I think they get a little stronger dose [01:09:15] of estrogen than we do. [01:09:18] But interesting men still have that estrogen, right? [01:09:20] And testosterone. [01:09:23] So, where was the woman taken from? [01:09:27] Man, right. [01:09:30] So, but again, ridiculous argument. [01:09:32] This is the big argument though. [01:09:37] I mean, but am I a different kind of man [01:09:39] if I have blue eyes or green eyes [01:09:41] or brown hair or black hair or blonde hair? [01:09:44] We have differences anyway. [01:09:47] Some are tall, some are short, right? [01:09:51] We have differences. [01:09:54] It's just amazing. [01:09:57] You're willing to take, and this, [01:09:58] a lot of this stuff out here, [01:10:00] the reason it is, it gets into this stuff [01:10:02] is because it is human reasoning. [01:10:04] It is demonic, remember James said, [01:10:06] there's two kinds of wisdom. [01:10:07] There's one that comes from above [01:10:09] and there's one that comes from beneath. [01:10:11] Well, let me tell you how to recognize [01:10:13] the one, the wisdom that comes from beneath. [01:10:15] It sounds logical or sometimes a bit logical or reasonable, [01:10:21] but the problem with it, [01:10:21] it will always take away from the scripture [01:10:23] or diminish who Jesus is, always, [01:10:28] or do away with something that the prophets [01:10:31] and the apostles taught. [01:10:32] It'll just say, you know what, [01:10:34] that doesn't exist the way that, you know, [01:10:37] Jesus, we like the parts where Jesus talks about [01:10:40] love your neighbor, but we don't like the part [01:10:41] where he talked about Lazarus and the rich man [01:10:44] and the rich man lifting up his eyes in hell [01:10:47] and begging for one drop of water. [01:10:48] We don't like that part. [01:10:49] So, that's not, that shouldn't be in there. [01:10:57] Just say, right? [01:11:01] Now, I could keep going. [01:11:02] I do want to read something though. [01:11:03] I want to read this to you. [01:11:06] This right here, this is a great book right here. [01:11:14] Ancient church fathers, [01:11:16] what the disciples of the apostles taught right here. [01:11:18] Talks about the Gnostics. [01:11:20] I mean, there's a whole section [01:11:21] on the Gnostics right back here. [01:11:27] I mean, even mantras came from the Gnostics. [01:11:29] You know that? [01:11:31] Pretty wild, huh? [01:11:35] But listen to this. [01:11:37] Ignatius, let me read Ignatius. [01:11:39] Let me talk about the Sabbath real quick [01:11:41] for keeping the law most. [01:11:42] Ignatius was discipled by Paul and by Peter. [01:11:46] He lived from A.D. 30 to 107. [01:11:50] Direct disciple of the apostle, Paul and Peter. [01:11:53] This is what he said in his writings. [01:11:54] Christians do not observe the Sabbath, but the Lord's day. [01:12:01] Since we're talking about this stuff. [01:12:03] Justin Martyr, Christians do not offer sacrifices [01:12:06] of blood or incense, but by praise, God is triune. [01:12:10] In his first apology, 67 Christians meet together [01:12:13] on Sunday in his Justin Martyr's dialogue. [01:12:17] 10 Christians live like all other Gentiles, [01:12:18] not observing the festival, Sabbath, new moon, [01:12:21] or the right of circumcision. [01:12:22] Dialogue 11 of Justin Martyr, Christ did away [01:12:24] with the entire law of Moses and circumcision. [01:12:27] Dialogue 19, circumcision, food law, [01:12:29] Sabbath were for teaching. [01:12:32] Circumcision began with Abraham and the Sabbath [01:12:34] and the rest began with Moses. [01:12:36] Circumcision began with Abraham. [01:12:37] The Sabbath sacrifices offerings and fees [01:12:39] began with Moses. [01:12:41] But we go Irenaeus, 178, Jesus and the Father [01:12:45] are the only true God. [01:12:47] Jesus gave Moses the dispensation of the law. [01:12:50] The law started with Moses, ended with John. [01:12:53] Jesus fulfilled the law and the prophets did away [01:12:55] with the Mosaic law, gave a new covenant. [01:12:59] These are the guys, Irenaeus, disciple of Polycarp, [01:13:01] Polycarp, disciple of John. [01:13:04] These are what these guys taught long before [01:13:07] the Roman Catholic Church came into existence in 313 A.D. [01:13:12] revelation. [01:13:13] Don't start giving me the, I can just go through [01:13:17] church history, church leader after church leader. [01:13:24] You know the other day, and I'm just gonna say this, [01:13:26] this person will know who I'm talking about. [01:13:29] But I've tried to stay away from names [01:13:31] for the most part today. [01:13:32] Though Paul did name names, as did John. [01:13:35] But I digress. [01:13:42] It was said by someone at that conference on a panel [01:13:46] when the question came up about the scriptures [01:13:49] and being by men and being changed and all this stuff, [01:13:52] and that whole setup that happened. [01:13:56] First Corinthians 16, where Paul talks about [01:13:59] the disciples gathering on the first day of the week, [01:14:01] right? [01:14:04] And so, instead of going into some of the proofs [01:14:07] and some of the evidences of why we can trust the Bible, [01:14:13] this individual went into, well you know, [01:14:16] that says the word there for week, [01:14:18] the first day of the week, [01:14:21] is the word sabaton in the Greek. [01:14:23] So what he's really saying was the first day of the Sabbath. [01:14:28] But there's a problem with that. [01:14:30] Let me tell you why. [01:14:30] This is the kind of dishonest stuff that goes on, [01:14:33] because this person of course is a Torah observer [01:14:35] and a Sabbath keeper and thinks we all have to keep, [01:14:37] still have to keep Sabbath, [01:14:38] even though the Bible, New Testament says we don't. [01:14:41] Still have to keep. [01:14:43] All right. [01:14:45] What he says there, sabaton. [01:14:48] Now the word sabaton, if you look it up, [01:14:50] in any lexicon it's gonna tell you, [01:14:52] it can mean either Sabbath or week, [01:14:58] a seven day week, right? [01:15:01] It can be used interchangeably. [01:15:03] And you see that, [01:15:04] because Luke, what is it? [01:15:05] Luke 12, 18, or 1812, [01:15:07] I can't remember now, or 812. [01:15:08] Anyway, where it says, [01:15:09] remember the Pharisee said, [01:15:11] I fast twice in a week. [01:15:13] Guess what? [01:15:15] Sabaton. [01:15:16] So are there two Sabbaths in a week? [01:15:20] No. [01:15:23] I fast twice in a week. [01:15:24] They're talking about every week. [01:15:26] Well the word week, there's sabaton. [01:15:27] So it depends on the context, right? [01:15:30] But they didn't say that from the platform, [01:15:31] because they have an agenda to push Torah observance. [01:15:35] And I know this is gonna tick them off, [01:15:37] I don't care, it's the truth, right? [01:15:43] So what it said when he said [01:15:44] that that wasn't talking about the first day of the week, [01:15:46] the disciples meeting on the first day of the week, [01:15:47] which is Sunday, [01:15:48] and he said that wasn't true, it is true. [01:15:51] So that was a lie, it's a deception, [01:15:53] to fulfill the agenda. [01:15:55] This is what I'm talking about. [01:15:56] You gotta be careful, [01:15:57] because we got the Ebionites out here, [01:16:00] we got the Serenthians, [01:16:01] we've got the Marcyonia Knights, [01:16:06] or whatever they call them. [01:16:07] You got the Manichaeans. [01:16:10] He said, who, Pastor Dean, what are you talking about? [01:16:11] These are all different little groups [01:16:16] that were around in the first and second century [01:16:20] that had their own beliefs, [01:16:23] and their own little groups. [01:16:26] And in fact, Paul and them were saying, [01:16:29] Paul and them and the apostles were fighting all of this. [01:16:33] Again, I'm saying this just to say, [01:16:34] but it's not just Pastor Dean [01:16:36] taking a stand against this stuff. [01:16:41] The Apostle John, the Apostle Peter, the Apostle Paul, [01:16:44] were fighting these beliefs [01:16:46] and these false doctrines and ideas very early on. [01:16:52] You start reading some of the church history, [01:16:56] or just go home, do your own homework, [01:16:58] look up Serenthas, [01:17:00] and just read about him a little bit. [01:17:04] And you'll see, wow, now I understand [01:17:08] as I read the Gospel of John, [01:17:10] and first John and second John, [01:17:13] what who he was battling and what he was battling. [01:17:16] And let's close with this. [01:17:18] Actually, I'm gonna give you two more passages we quit, [01:17:20] all right? [01:17:22] Because there's a lot of people think, [01:17:23] well, well, now just love them and hang out with them [01:17:27] and don't make a big deal out of it. [01:17:30] Second John, we'll read second John, [01:17:37] then we're gonna read Romans 16, [01:17:38] and we're gonna be done. [01:17:41] Second John, chapter one, [01:17:43] it's only one chapter, very short, [01:17:46] but the Apostle John says this, [01:17:48] if you think doctrine is not important, [01:17:49] hear what he said here. [01:17:51] Whosoever transgressed it, [01:17:53] this is verse nine, I'm sorry. [01:17:55] Whosoever transgressed and abideth not [01:17:59] in the doctrine of Christ hath not God. [01:18:03] Ouch! [01:18:07] The doctrine of Christ, who he is, [01:18:10] God in the flesh, [01:18:13] the one who preached repentance from sin, [01:18:16] the one who said I am the way, [01:18:17] the truth, and the life, [01:18:18] the one who said if you don't believe in me, [01:18:20] you will die in your sins, [01:18:22] the one who taught about hell [01:18:24] more than anybody else in the New Testament, [01:18:27] the one who taught about heaven, [01:18:34] if you transgressed and abide not [01:18:35] in the doctrine of Christ, [01:18:36] what he taught and what he had his apostles teach, [01:18:43] you don't have God. [01:18:45] He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, [01:18:47] he hath both the Father and the Son. [01:18:48] Why do you think he said both the Father and the Son? [01:18:50] Because the Gnostics said they were two different gods. [01:18:53] The Old Testament God was not it, [01:18:57] just the New Testament. [01:18:59] That's why he said that. [01:19:01] Then look at verse 10. [01:19:02] If there come any unto you and bring not this doctrine, [01:19:06] receive him not into your house, [01:19:07] neither bid him God's speed, [01:19:09] for he that bideth him God's speed [01:19:10] is partaker of his evil deeds. [01:19:14] Anybody preaching another Jesus, [01:19:15] another gospel, another spirit? [01:19:18] So you're not even supposed to receive them [01:19:19] into your house. [01:19:20] You're not even supposed to say God bless you. [01:19:24] Why? [01:19:26] Because they're leading people astray. [01:19:29] Now let's finish with one more. [01:19:30] Romans chapter 16. [01:19:31] This will be the last one, I promise. [01:19:35] Romans 16. [01:19:38] This is another reason I'm not gonna sit down with Zen. [01:19:49] Because listen, if I did, it's real simple. [01:19:54] I would go through the scriptures. [01:19:55] I would go through the Hebrew and Greek definitions [01:19:57] just like I did today. [01:19:59] I would say, here's what the gospel of Thomas and Philip [01:20:02] says, here's where the teaching comes from. [01:20:03] It doesn't come from the Bible. [01:20:04] Here's where it comes from Gnosticism. [01:20:07] I would wipe the floor with his demonic intellectual wisdom. [01:20:11] Just wipe the floor with him. [01:20:13] Everyone would see that he's gotta take his doctrines [01:20:16] out of Gnostic books or the Zohar, [01:20:18] and I'm sticking to the Bible. [01:20:20] And that if he does use the Bible, [01:20:21] he tries to twist it with his agenda. [01:20:26] And I'm not giving him a platform to do it. [01:20:27] I'm not taking my name, my audience. [01:20:30] I'm not leading people to that by some big public debate. [01:20:33] Not gonna do it. [01:20:35] Has nothing to do with fear [01:20:36] because I would destroy him in a debate. [01:20:39] All right? [01:20:42] Because truth is on my side. [01:20:44] All right? [01:20:47] Romans 16, verse 17 through 19. [01:20:54] Now I beseech you brethren, [01:20:56] mark them which cause divisions [01:20:59] and contrary and offense Israeli or stumbling blocks, [01:21:03] contrary to the doctrine which you have learned [01:21:06] and avoid them. [01:21:08] For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, [01:21:11] but their own belly. [01:21:13] Maybe they're making a living off of selling Gnostic books. [01:21:19] And by good words and fair speeches, [01:21:22] deceive the hearts of the simple. [01:21:27] Good words and fair speeches. [01:21:32] Does this say hang out with them? [01:21:34] Does this say even to eat with them? [01:21:37] No, this says, mark them which cause divisions [01:21:42] and stumbling blocks offenses contrary to the doctrine, [01:21:47] which you have learned sound doctrine, biblical doctrine [01:21:52] and avoid them. [01:21:58] This is why the apostle John found out [01:22:00] Serenthus was in the bath house and left. [01:22:07] John was so, I don't even want it to be said. [01:22:09] We were in the same place together. [01:22:12] And they said that John said the building may fall down [01:22:15] because he's the enemy of all truth. [01:22:29] I like the apostle John. [01:22:34] There's so many writings out there folks [01:22:36] that have been forged, but Ecclesiastes 1.9. [01:22:41] Nothing new under the sun. [01:22:45] All these heresies, Sophia, feminine Holy Spirit. [01:22:50] You got to keep the law of Moses and the Sabbath [01:22:52] to really be right with God. [01:22:55] And listen, they talk out of both sides of the mouth too. [01:22:58] One minute they'll say, no, no, no, we don't believe. [01:23:00] We don't believe you have to keep the law [01:23:02] and the feast and the Sabbath. [01:23:04] You don't have to keep that to be safe. [01:23:06] And then they go, but it's fruit that you are. [01:23:09] Well, wait a minute. [01:23:11] Then that means if I don't have that fruit, [01:23:14] then I'm not saved, doesn't it? [01:23:16] You can't talk out of both sides of your mouth. [01:23:18] It's either required or not required [01:23:20] as a salvation issue one way or the other. [01:23:23] And this one particular individual that pushes this, [01:23:26] I heard him say, I listened to the teaching. [01:23:29] If you don't keep Torah like they do, [01:23:31] or try to at least, you're the five foolish virgins. [01:23:34] You haven't awakened yet. [01:23:37] You're the ones that can be left out. [01:23:40] But then they'll claim it's not salvation issue. [01:23:44] I'm not gonna play these games. [01:23:48] I'm not gonna play these games. [01:23:54] I'm gonna keep pounding it till Jesus comes. [01:24:00] Or until one of the Torah terrorists [01:24:02] tried to kill me, or they succeed. [01:24:07] But I'm not gonna quit. [01:24:09] They say, oh, I'm not listening to him anymore. [01:24:18] I mean, you think about God's call upon Ezekiel. [01:24:20] I'm gonna send you to a people [01:24:21] and they're not gonna listen to you. [01:24:23] How'd you like that calling? [01:24:27] I'm not sending you to the mission field, son. [01:24:29] I'm gonna send you to the rebellious house of Israel [01:24:31] and they're not gonna listen to you at all. [01:24:34] Have a good ministry. [01:24:43] I'm surprised anybody does listen to me, actually. [01:24:46] It's a shocker. [01:24:47] Must be some people are really, really, really, [01:24:49] really, really, really, really love God's word. [01:24:53] More than they love themselves or sin [01:24:56] or their celebrity hip preacher. [01:25:02] All right, let's stand. [01:25:08] Somebody say, hallelujah. [01:25:12] Or as the old Pentecostal preachers used to say, [01:25:15] after a message like this, it's amen or old me. [01:25:23] It's all right, though. [01:25:26] You know what? [01:25:26] They can say what they want about me on Judgment Day. [01:25:31] Their blood's not gonna be on my hands. [01:25:38] Can false teachers repent of their false teaching [01:25:40] and come back to the fold? [01:25:42] Yes. [01:25:43] Blast fingers of the Holy Spirit? [01:25:45] I hope so. [01:25:46] They better seek God. [01:25:49] I think about what Peter said to Simon Magus. [01:25:52] Actually, Simon Magus, Simon the Sorcerer. [01:25:55] His real name was, full name was Simon Magus. [01:25:58] Sounds wonderful, doesn't it? [01:25:58] Sounds like Magus. [01:26:01] But you gotta remember, he believed in Jesus. [01:26:06] Go read Acts chapter eight. [01:26:07] He believed in Jesus [01:26:08] and then was baptized by Philip, [01:26:10] the evangelist, and was in all of the miracles [01:26:13] he saw happening. [01:26:15] It wasn't that he didn't believe in Jesus. [01:26:17] He believed. [01:26:19] But then the apostles come, Peter and John, [01:26:21] and they start praying for people [01:26:23] and they start being baptized in the Holy Spirit [01:26:25] and the gifts began to manifest there, [01:26:27] obviously, because it says he saw something happen, [01:26:29] not just, right? [01:26:32] And he said, I'll tell you what, man, [01:26:34] I'll give you money so I can have this power, too. [01:26:37] Now, the apostle Peter turns to him, [01:26:38] and this is the Holy Spirit. [01:26:39] The apostle Peter turns to him and said, [01:26:41] your money perish with you. [01:26:46] He said, I perceive that you are still [01:26:48] in the gall of bitterness and in the bond of iniquity, [01:26:51] and you need to pray if perhaps God may forgive you. [01:26:59] He didn't say it's automatic. [01:27:01] This is where we go wrong. [01:27:03] Oh yeah, God, what? [01:27:04] No, he was saying, you know what? [01:27:06] You better get serious about this, son, [01:27:10] because you're in such a bad place [01:27:14] that God may not forgive you. [01:27:18] Guess what happened? [01:27:21] Simon didn't take that seriously, [01:27:23] and he became one of the early enemies of the apostles. [01:27:32] This is not a game. [01:27:35] Forgive me, but then you keep going on. [01:27:37] No, that's not the way it works. [01:27:38] You better get down, because listen, [01:27:41] if you've been teaching false teaching for a long time, [01:27:43] then you've been leading a lot of people astray. [01:27:48] You better shake and tremble in the fear of God [01:27:50] and better repent in dust and ashes, [01:27:52] and you better be serious about it, [01:27:54] and perhaps, perhaps the Lord will forgive you. [01:28:03] Let's pray. [01:28:05] Heavenly Father, I come to you today, [01:28:06] and I thank you, Lord, for your word that's true. [01:28:10] Jesus, you said, man should not live by bread alone, [01:28:12] but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. [01:28:15] Lord, I thank you that you gave us your prophets [01:28:18] and your apostles, [01:28:20] and that you breathed your word into them and through them, [01:28:25] and that, Lord, every bit of it is true, [01:28:27] and every bit of it that you foretold, [01:28:29] the prophecies are all coming to pass, [01:28:32] and, Lord, hundreds and even, Lord, [01:28:35] thousands have come to pass. [01:28:39] I pray that people out there wake up [01:28:42] and come out of these heresies [01:28:45] that are not new false teachings or tribes and groups, [01:28:51] but just very old, but just being repeated in our day. [01:28:57] Lord, I pray in the name of Jesus [01:29:00] that people will truly humble themselves [01:29:02] and repent of being Ebionites and Serenthians [01:29:08] and Gnostics and mixing that in [01:29:13] with New Testament Christianity. [01:29:17] The people that try to diminish who you are [01:29:20] is God Almighty in the flesh [01:29:22] who died for our sins and rose from the dead. [01:29:26] We exalt Jesus, the name above every name. [01:29:31] They wanna talk about Yah and Yahuwah and all these names. [01:29:34] The name of Jesus is above every name. [01:29:40] So, Lord, we thank you. [01:29:42] We praise you. [01:29:44] I pray that people will be delivered and saved [01:29:47] out of these lies and deception [01:29:50] and this blasphemy of the Holy Spirit [01:29:54] before they go too far down that road. [01:29:59] And we pray this all today in Jesus' name, amen.
