[00:00:00] God, we thank you for shedding your blood, [00:00:04] to pay the price for our sins, [00:00:07] to fulfill the law, [00:00:11] to set us free, [00:00:13] to walk in faith and relationship with you. [00:00:19] Lord, we thank you that that freedom we know [00:00:22] is not a license to live immoral. [00:00:27] God, we thank you today that our sins are forgiven, [00:00:33] not by the deeds of the law, [00:00:37] but by faith in your blood. [00:00:42] And Lord, we don't come with any righteousness of our own, [00:00:46] because that's filthy rags, that's what you said. [00:00:50] It's your righteousness. [00:00:53] And we thank you for it, in Jesus' name. [00:00:57] Hallelujah, you may be seated this morning. [00:01:00] We wanna welcome everyone. [00:01:02] Fire and Grace Church this morning. [00:01:05] I'm Pastor Dean Odell, otherwise known as the thorn [00:01:09] in the side of certain individuals, [00:01:13] the monkey in the wrench, the fly in the ointment, [00:01:18] but I don't mind, because you know what? [00:01:20] All my hope is in Jesus. [00:01:23] It's not in me, amen? [00:01:26] Nor is it in my ability to keep the law. [00:01:30] We're gonna talk about that again today. [00:01:31] This is gonna be part two. [00:01:32] We're gonna follow on from last week [00:01:37] as I didn't define some of the things [00:01:38] that needed to be defined. [00:01:39] And of course, I'm just gonna say, [00:01:41] I know some people are getting ill, [00:01:43] but I'm gonna explain some things today. [00:01:45] I've been titled this today, the Ebionites, [00:01:48] Rob Skeba and the Law. [00:01:52] Now, I don't believe it's ever been a time [00:01:55] in a Sunday morning sermon that I've actually [00:01:57] put the name of an individual in the title of a message. [00:02:01] But it was necessary, because many of you know, [00:02:04] last week and the week before, [00:02:06] I've kind of dealt with some of the heresies [00:02:09] and some of the heretics and some of the things [00:02:10] that were going on at the Flat Earth International [00:02:13] Conference in Denver. [00:02:15] And so last week, I was kind of dealing with [00:02:18] some of the Gnostic heresies it's crept in [00:02:20] through people like Zen Garcia, [00:02:23] calling the Holy Spirit feminine. [00:02:25] And so, you know, the Gnostic goddess, Sophia. [00:02:29] And of course, I did touch on, [00:02:31] because what I touched on last week [00:02:33] was the scripture from 2 Corinthians chapter 11, [00:02:38] where Paul warned that the people would preach [00:02:40] another Jesus, they would have another gospel [00:02:43] and they'd have another spirit. [00:02:44] And when I got to the part about another gospel, [00:02:47] I said this in the message, loud and clear. [00:02:51] I said, if, where's Jordan? [00:02:55] If, right? [00:02:58] If you teach keeping the law of Moses, [00:03:04] trying to go back and keep the Old Testament laws, [00:03:07] ceremonies, rituals, so on and so forth, [00:03:09] circumcision, Sabbaths, feasts, new moons, [00:03:13] dietary laws, pestles on your clothing belt or whatever. [00:03:18] And you believe that that's what makes you righteous [00:03:20] or is a salvation issue or is fruit of your salvation [00:03:24] or whatever, I said, if that's what you believe, [00:03:26] then you are a heretic, you have perverted the gospel. [00:03:31] I didn't add anybody's name to that. [00:03:34] But it triggered a certain individual, [00:03:37] triggered them to the point of absolute insanity. [00:03:44] And as you will know, that individual is Rob Skeba. [00:03:46] Now, for those of you who don't know him, [00:03:48] he happens to be a pretty well-known, [00:03:50] pretty influential guy in the truth community, [00:03:54] alternative, you say Christian, [00:03:56] he was known for teaching about the Nephilim [00:03:59] and some other things. [00:04:01] And then of course, he got into flat earth [00:04:03] and a lot of people came to know him [00:04:05] through him taking a stand as I did as well [00:04:10] for biblical cosmology. [00:04:12] And on a lot of those things, [00:04:14] he does very good work and stays true to the scriptures. [00:04:18] But as I began to learn, [00:04:20] as I didn't know him before flat earth, [00:04:23] as I began to learn, he's also into the Torah movement [00:04:27] or being Torah observant. [00:04:29] Now, at first, that's not shocking to me [00:04:31] because as I've said, I've had friends in the past [00:04:34] who went to Messianic Jewish congregations [00:04:37] and went to church or their services on Friday evening [00:04:42] and had celebrated the feast to the best of their ability, [00:04:46] but never ever was it a requirement [00:04:48] for you to be righteous, [00:04:49] or at least if you didn't do it, [00:04:52] you weren't called the janitors and sewer workers [00:04:56] of the kingdom of God, okay? [00:04:59] That's a direct quote from Mr. Skeba. [00:05:02] All right, so I feel it's important [00:05:05] because the community needs to know [00:05:09] who teaches what, who believes what. [00:05:12] And some of these guys like Zen and Rob [00:05:14] are not always fully upfront and honest [00:05:16] in the sense of what they believe [00:05:18] or they say out of both sides of their mouth [00:05:20] and it takes a while to figure out [00:05:22] what's the real core belief? [00:05:25] And I've been keeping a file on Skeba for about two years [00:05:30] of just screenshots and trying to figure out [00:05:34] and actually contacting him and having conversations, [00:05:37] private conversations, trying to find out [00:05:40] does he really believe that New Testament, [00:05:43] New Covenant believers have to go back [00:05:46] and try to keep the ceremonial law of the Old Testament [00:05:52] and the Sabbaths and the new moon, right? [00:05:54] And the tassels on your belt and all this. [00:05:58] Do you have to do that to really be right with God, [00:06:01] to really be as holy and pure as clean? [00:06:04] And what I've discovered is he says [00:06:06] out of one side of his mouth [00:06:08] that it's not a salvation issue. [00:06:10] And the next minute he says, [00:06:12] if you don't do those things in the Old Covenant, [00:06:16] then I question your salvation. [00:06:20] And I'm gonna show you that he says it. [00:06:23] Now, a lot of people out there are getting bent out [00:06:25] of shape because they think, [00:06:27] well, oh, I'm sick and tired of seeing you two pastors [00:06:29] squabbling on Facebook and on social media. [00:06:32] First of all, Rob Skeeb is not a pastor [00:06:34] and that's by his own admission. [00:06:36] He even says he's not a teacher [00:06:37] and he says he tells people don't look to him, [00:06:39] but then the way he teaches and the way he speaks, [00:06:42] it is, look at me, I'm right. [00:06:44] And everybody else in church history [00:06:46] since the beginning, except for the apostle, [00:06:49] and even maybe the apostle Paul, [00:06:50] everybody else is wrong, [00:06:51] but we Torah people got it right and I got it right. [00:06:55] To the point he called me and Nathan Roberts, [00:06:58] he called us lawless, [00:07:05] nickelation Christians with the spirit of Antichrist, [00:07:13] basically leading people Australia. [00:07:14] I'm gonna show you, I'll show you all that this morning. [00:07:16] And that we're at war with God, with Yahweh. [00:07:21] That's what he said. [00:07:23] Now, this is the level of insanity, [00:07:24] but see what I said to him, [00:07:26] and I did answer one of his posts [00:07:28] because he came unglued after my sermon last week. [00:07:31] He said, you called me a heretic. [00:07:33] He's watching this morning too, I assure you. [00:07:35] He called me a heretic. [00:07:37] I never said Rob Skeeb was a heretic. [00:07:38] I said, if you teach that we must keep the law of Moses, [00:07:45] and I'm talking about primarily the rituals [00:07:47] and the ceremonial things, [00:07:49] the moral law was carried over into the New Testament [00:07:52] about adultery and murder and lying. [00:07:55] We'll deal with that this morning too. [00:07:57] But I said, if you teach that as salvational, [00:08:02] as for righteousness, then you're a heretic. [00:08:05] Well, if he didn't teach that for salvation and righteousness, [00:08:10] then he shouldn't have been bothered by anything I preach. [00:08:15] And it was interesting on the thread, [00:08:16] I kept making that point on his page [00:08:19] that he deleted that whole thread [00:08:24] because he shouldn't have been triggered. [00:08:25] You know why what I said last week triggered him? [00:08:29] Because that's his heart and belief. [00:08:32] He does believe that you have to keep the law of Moses [00:08:35] to be right with God, and I'm gonna prove it today. [00:08:39] But this is not a new problem. [00:08:40] I said this last week, this is not a new, [00:08:43] the Torah, I'm gonna call it the extreme Torah movement. [00:08:47] Because again, I know some people [00:08:49] that wanna do those things just to learn [00:08:52] and enhance their knowledge, and that's all fine. [00:08:55] But the moment they start condemning others that don't [00:08:59] and telling others they're gonna be janitors [00:09:01] and sewer workers in the kingdom of God, [00:09:04] if they make it at all, [00:09:05] because he questions their salvation, [00:09:10] then we have a perverted gospel. [00:09:14] And Paul is very thing Paul warned about in Galatians [00:09:18] that the person that perverts the gospel like that [00:09:21] is a curse. [00:09:23] Oh yeah, and I ain't afraid to say it. [00:09:26] Because the whole book of Galatians [00:09:27] was about people coming in and saying, [00:09:29] you gotta be circumcised, you gotta keep the feast, [00:09:31] you gotta keep the law of Moses [00:09:33] to be really right with God, [00:09:35] to find your righteousness, your justification. [00:09:39] And Paul said, anyone who does that [00:09:41] is perverting the gospel, and that man is a curse. [00:09:45] They're preaching a different gospel. [00:09:49] And like I said, if you weren't robbed, [00:09:52] you wouldn't have got triggered last week. [00:09:56] But you are exposed, sir. [00:09:59] And I don't care who it is. [00:10:03] See, I don't kiss Christian celebrity butt. [00:10:09] So let's keep going. [00:10:11] Now some people have been bit out of shape [00:10:13] because, oh, you shouldn't name names, [00:10:17] you shouldn't do things publicly, blah, blah, blah, [00:10:20] and I'm like, reread your Bible, please. [00:10:23] Because 1 Timothy 4, 10 through 15 here, [00:10:26] Paul named some names of some people. [00:10:29] He didn't just name names on Facebook, [00:10:30] he named it in the word of God that would last forever. [00:10:35] He says here, for demons hath forsaken me, [00:10:38] having loved this present world [00:10:40] and is departed unto Thessalonica, [00:10:42] Tretians to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia, [00:10:46] only Luke is with me, take Mark and bring him with thee, [00:10:49] for he is profitable to me for the ministry. [00:10:52] Tychicus have I sent to Ephesus, [00:10:54] the cloak that I left at Troas with carpets [00:10:56] will now come, bring with thee in the books, [00:10:58] but especially the parchments. [00:11:00] And look what he says here, [00:11:01] Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil. [00:11:04] The Lord reward him for his works, [00:11:06] of whom beware of him, [00:11:09] for he hath greatly withstood or opposed our words. [00:11:14] Okay, Paul named names, Alexander the coppersmith, [00:11:17] even told what he did for a living, right? [00:11:22] Let's look at one more here. [00:11:24] And the third John, the Epistle, [00:11:25] so not just Paul, because I know they hate Paul, [00:11:28] so I'll bring in the apostle John here too, right? [00:11:32] The apostle John, third John, his epistle, [00:11:36] nine through 12, he says, [00:11:37] I wrote unto the church, [00:11:38] but diatrophies who loveth to have the preeminence [00:11:41] among them, receiveth us not. [00:11:43] Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds, [00:11:46] which he doeth, [00:11:46] praying against us with malicious words. [00:11:48] Remember that, [00:11:49] praying against us with malicious words. [00:11:53] Don't you think calling me anti-Christ, [00:11:56] spirit lawless, Nicolaitan, [00:12:00] that's malicious words, isn't it? [00:12:03] So I'm calling out diatrophies, skeeba, all right? [00:12:10] Oh, his blood's gonna be boiling. [00:12:12] I know, just take it easy, buddy. [00:12:13] I still love you. [00:12:14] I hope the truth will set you free from your error, okay? [00:12:18] He says here, [00:12:19] wherefore if I come, [00:12:20] I remember his deeds, which he doeth, [00:12:22] praying against us with malicious words [00:12:23] and not content therewith. [00:12:25] Neither doth he himself receive the brethren [00:12:27] and bideth them that would, [00:12:28] and cast them out of the church. [00:12:30] Beloved, followed not that which is evil, [00:12:32] but that which is good. [00:12:33] He that doeth good is of God, [00:12:34] but he that doeth evil hath not seen God. [00:12:36] And then he talks about Demetrius. [00:12:38] Name's another guy. [00:12:38] He said he has a good report of all men [00:12:40] and of the truth itself. [00:12:43] And we also bear record, [00:12:45] and you know that our record is true. [00:12:48] So I just wanted you to see the apostles. [00:12:49] I mean, Paul talked about Hymenaeus, [00:12:52] Philetus, Hermonganes, [00:12:54] some of these other guys that were teaching error, [00:12:58] and we could bring those passages up, [00:13:01] but I'm gonna move on. [00:13:02] Now I call this the Ebionites this morning, [00:13:04] because I mentioned them last week, [00:13:06] but I did not read this. [00:13:07] I did not give you the definition. [00:13:09] I just told everybody to look it up themselves. [00:13:11] But this is from the ancient church fathers, [00:13:13] a great book. [00:13:14] Anybody wants a basic, [00:13:15] good kind of overview of church history [00:13:19] from the time of the apostles on. [00:13:21] This is a good book, Ancient Church Fathers, [00:13:23] What the Disciples of the Apostles Taught [00:13:26] by Dr. Ken Johnson. [00:13:29] In his book there, [00:13:30] he talks about the Ebionites [00:13:32] and the Gnostics and so on and so forth. [00:13:35] But here's what he says. [00:13:36] There was a sect called the Ebionites [00:13:39] that broke away from the apostles [00:13:42] after the Jerusalem Council in Acts 15, [00:13:45] which clearly stated that Gentile believers [00:13:48] were not required to keep the law of Moses or the Sabbath. [00:13:53] This group believed Jesus was the Messiah. [00:13:55] So they still said Jesus was the Messiah, right? [00:14:01] They still believe this group [00:14:02] believed Jesus was the Messiah, [00:14:03] but taught that observance of the ceremonial law [00:14:06] was necessary for salvation [00:14:09] and that no one could be saved by faith in Christ alone. [00:14:14] They practiced circumcision and observed the law of Moses [00:14:17] and the Judaic style of life. [00:14:20] They tried to act like they were Jews [00:14:22] and live like Jews and still be Christians. [00:14:26] Some of them refused to acknowledge [00:14:27] that Jesus was the pre-existing being, [00:14:31] was pre-existing being God, the Word. [00:14:33] So you see this in the Torah movement. [00:14:35] There's a lot of them leading this direction. [00:14:37] And I'll prove to you today that really, [00:14:41] even the ski bikes don't believe that Jesus is fully God. [00:14:47] I'll show you that in a second. [00:14:48] All right. [00:14:49] They say it's getting crazy. [00:14:52] But anyway, these Ebionites, [00:14:54] it says that they, some of them, not all, [00:14:57] but some of them refused to acknowledge [00:14:58] that Jesus was pre-existing being God, the Word. [00:15:01] They observed strictly the bodily worship [00:15:04] of the law of Moses and reproached Christians [00:15:07] for eating unclean meats. [00:15:08] So they push the dietary laws, right? [00:15:13] And condemned anybody that didn't do it like they did. [00:15:16] They stated Isaiah's prophecy of a virgin conceiving [00:15:19] should be translated young woman. [00:15:21] And as I've dealt with this in our ministry school class, [00:15:24] no, the Word is virgin, [00:15:27] and it's used virgin in other places, [00:15:29] the Hebrew word, the original Hebrew word. [00:15:31] So this is another twisting thing they do [00:15:33] because they wanna, listen, this stuff always is, [00:15:37] when you start trying to go back into the law, [00:15:38] it starts to diminish Jesus, who he is and what he's done, [00:15:43] whether directly or subtly. [00:15:47] They stated Isaiah's prophecy of young virgin conceiving [00:15:50] should be translated young woman instead, [00:15:52] and they rejected all the epistles of the apostle Paul, [00:15:56] whom they called an apostate from the law. [00:15:58] Now, some of these go ahead and say [00:16:01] that they reject the epistles of Paul [00:16:04] as New Testament scripture, [00:16:05] as Holy Spirit inspired scripture, [00:16:07] and some of them just condemn it all the time. [00:16:10] Sheba falls in the camp of just condemning it [00:16:12] and mocking it and ridiculing it [00:16:14] and trying to compare it as different all the time [00:16:17] than at odds with Jesus. [00:16:21] But we'll see how that works. [00:16:23] Eusebius, known as the father of church history, [00:16:28] says that the Ebionite doctrines [00:16:30] were spawned by evil demons. [00:16:34] I love those early church fathers, [00:16:36] they spoke plainly kind of like I do, all right? [00:16:40] Because you don't have time to play around with this stuff. [00:16:42] So that's the Ebionites. [00:16:43] Does that sound like the Torah movement? [00:16:47] Identical. [00:16:49] This began after the apostles met. [00:16:53] Now, remember, let's remember this. [00:16:56] The council in Acts 15, [00:16:58] the apostles met, all the apostles and the elders, [00:17:04] met to answer the question, [00:17:08] are Gentiles and New Covenant believers required? [00:17:12] Is it required to keep the Sabbath, [00:17:16] the law of Moses and circumcision? [00:17:20] Now, when I brought this up to Rob Skiba on the phone [00:17:22] that we both have, [00:17:23] the telephone conversation we both have recorded, [00:17:29] when I brought this up, he said, [00:17:30] oh no, they just said the circumcision. [00:17:33] They were just talking about circumcision. [00:17:34] I said, no, no, no, Rob, I've read it. [00:17:37] It says circumcision and keep the law of Moses. [00:17:42] And the apostles have said, [00:17:43] we gave no such commandment to the Gentile. [00:17:48] No such commandment. [00:17:54] No, it was these Torah people back then [00:17:57] that were pushing that on new believers in Jesus Christ. [00:18:02] They just can't accept the freedom [00:18:05] and the liberty we have from the law. [00:18:10] They can't. [00:18:12] They can't stand it. [00:18:13] They wanna bring us into their bondage. [00:18:16] Now, let's read. [00:18:17] I mentioned this a minute ago, but I want you to see it. [00:18:19] So you know it's not Pastor Dean saying it. [00:18:22] People say, just before we came, [00:18:24] a brother commented on my Facebook page and said, [00:18:27] this is just a secondary issue. [00:18:28] Why don't you move on? [00:18:29] No, it's not a secondary issue. [00:18:33] This is defining what the gospel is [00:18:35] and what is required for salvation. [00:18:38] This is pretty foundational to our faith here, right? [00:18:41] And what is the law? [00:18:43] And what is the moral standard we are to live by? [00:18:49] Because of course, [00:18:50] Scebo is used as a straw man argument that we're lawless. [00:18:53] We basically say, [00:18:54] because of grace you can live however you want. [00:18:56] That's not us at all. [00:18:57] It's never been me. [00:18:58] I wrote a book called Grace Abuse against that. [00:19:05] So that accusation is nothing but a straw man argument. [00:19:08] A straw man argument, and you'll see in a minute, [00:19:10] misrepresenting your opponent's position [00:19:14] because you can't really fight his arguments. [00:19:17] And Scebo is the king of the straw man, as you'll see. [00:19:20] But this is Galatians 1, verses 6, [00:19:23] and this is what he says, [00:19:24] I marvel, he's saying to the Galatian Christians, [00:19:28] that you are so soon removed from him [00:19:30] that called you into the grace of Christ, [00:19:33] not the law of Moses, [00:19:36] but into the grace of Christ unto another gospel, [00:19:39] which is not another, [00:19:40] but there be some that trouble you [00:19:43] and would pervert the gospel of Christ. [00:19:45] But though we are an angel from heaven, [00:19:47] preach any other gospel unto you [00:19:49] than that which we have preached unto you, [00:19:50] let him be accursed. [00:19:52] So you're gonna see in a minute, [00:19:53] one of Scebo's mentors and teachers [00:19:55] had an angel appear to him, [00:19:58] and he teaches this stuff. [00:19:59] So that's where it came from. [00:20:01] He says, as we say before, [00:20:03] so say I now again, [00:20:04] if any man preach any other gospel unto you, [00:20:07] then that you have received, let him be accursed. [00:20:09] For do I now persuade men or God, [00:20:11] or do I seek to please men? [00:20:13] For if yet I pleased men, [00:20:15] I should not be the servant of Christ, [00:20:16] but I certify to you, brother, [00:20:17] and that the gospel which was preached of me [00:20:19] is not after man. [00:20:22] So, okay, that's chapter one. [00:20:23] What's he talking about? [00:20:25] Well, in chapter two, he rebukes Peter [00:20:29] for getting carried away under the pressure [00:20:31] of the Torah observers [00:20:33] and separating from the Gentiles [00:20:35] and not eating with them. [00:20:37] And Paul rebukes him. [00:20:39] And one of the things if you read there in chapter two, [00:20:41] when Paul rebukes Peter, [00:20:43] he says, Peter, you don't even live, [00:20:44] you're a Jew and you don't even live as a Jew. [00:20:47] You live as a Gentile. [00:20:48] Why are you compelling the Jews to live? [00:20:50] I mean, the Gentiles to live as Jews. [00:20:52] So, Paul declared that Peter said, [00:20:54] he told him, you don't even live like a Jew. [00:20:57] What is this falling under the pressure? [00:21:01] And let me tell you, [00:21:02] these Torah people can put some pressure on folks. [00:21:06] And if you don't yield, [00:21:07] then they get nasty. [00:21:13] I could share some stuff on that. [00:21:15] So, what is Paul talking about then? [00:21:17] So, he has to rebuke Peter over giving into just a little, [00:21:20] just slipping into a little bit of Torah observance. [00:21:24] And then he says this right here, [00:21:25] knowing that a man is not justified [00:21:27] by the works of the law. [00:21:28] The word justified means to be as one ought to be, [00:21:31] to be holy, to be righteous, [00:21:33] to be right with God, [00:21:34] to be as God wants you to be. [00:21:36] Look it up, right? [00:21:38] So, he says that no one, [00:21:39] no man is justified by the works of the law, [00:21:43] but by the faith of Jesus Christ. [00:21:45] Even we have believed in Jesus [00:21:48] that we might be justified by the faith of Christ [00:21:51] and not by the works of the law, [00:21:52] but by the works of the law shall no flesh [00:21:55] be justified as one ought to be. [00:21:57] Righteous, holy, sanctified, clean. [00:22:02] No, you don't make yourself any cleaner [00:22:07] by putting tassels on your belt. [00:22:10] Tassel, boy, with your little tassel parties. [00:22:14] No, no, that doesn't make you more clean, [00:22:17] more righteous, or more holy. [00:22:20] Or what day you meet on, [00:22:22] or what day you choose to rest, [00:22:25] or what you choose to eat. [00:22:28] Because the New Testament is clear, [00:22:31] we are not under those things. [00:22:32] Every creature can be received. [00:22:34] We're not under dietary laws anymore. [00:22:36] We pray over it. [00:22:37] And the Bible says it's sanctified, [00:22:39] purified, made holy by the word of God in prayer. [00:22:42] 1 Timothy 4. [00:22:45] So anybody that comes along and says, [00:22:45] well, you can't eat shellfish [00:22:47] and you can't eat pork [00:22:48] and you can't eat this and you can't eat that. [00:22:49] And they're sucking down GMO stuff [00:22:52] as we speak. [00:22:55] And they gotta sit there and try to read labels [00:22:57] and find out if pork's in something. [00:22:59] I'm sorry, but I just, [00:23:01] I don't believe I need the works of the law. [00:23:02] I just pray over it in Jesus' name and faith. [00:23:10] Look at this right here, though. [00:23:11] He goes on to say, look at this right here. [00:23:13] He says, let's skip to verse 19 real quick. [00:23:16] He says, for I through the law am dead to the law, [00:23:21] that I might live unto God. [00:23:23] Well, if I'm dead to the law, [00:23:24] Paul said I'm dead to the law, [00:23:25] then why would I dare go back and try to keep it? [00:23:27] How does a dead man go back and keep the law? [00:23:30] He said, I'm dead to it. [00:23:32] I'm dead to the law that I might live unto God. [00:23:35] I am crucified with Christ, [00:23:37] nevertheless I live. [00:23:39] Meaning because I'm crucified with Christ [00:23:41] and I'm in Christ, [00:23:42] he fulfilled the law. [00:23:43] That's the only way I fulfill the laws, be in him. [00:23:46] All right? [00:23:48] I'm crucified with Christ, [00:23:49] nevertheless I live, yet not I, [00:23:50] but Christ liveth in me [00:23:52] and the life that I now live in the flesh, [00:23:54] I live by the faith of the Son of God [00:23:57] who loved me and gave himself for me. [00:23:59] I do not frustrate the grace of God [00:24:02] for if righteousness, right standing, [00:24:05] as one ought to be, [00:24:07] comes by the law in any measure, [00:24:11] then Christ is dead in vain. [00:24:14] That's why this is so serious. [00:24:17] The moment you start saying, [00:24:18] no, it's what Jesus did, [00:24:20] it's not quite good enough to make you clean, [00:24:22] just your faith in him and your relationship with him. [00:24:24] No, you gotta go back and try to keep the law of Moses [00:24:28] that no man could keep except him. [00:24:34] Heck, and like I said before in the Garden of Eden, [00:24:37] there was one commandment and mankind didn't keep it. [00:24:42] We are not really good at keeping commandments, right? [00:24:47] Hence the reason God had to come in the flesh, [00:24:53] born of a virgin, live a sinless life, [00:24:57] die for our sins, [00:24:58] pay the penalty of our sin on the cross, [00:25:02] and then rose from the dead [00:25:03] because death could not hold him, [00:25:07] and that all I have to do is believe in him [00:25:09] and start following him in a relationship [00:25:13] where I hear his voice [00:25:14] according to the new covenant, not the old. [00:25:19] This should be basic. [00:25:21] This is basic Christianity 101. [00:25:23] I learned this when I was 19 years old. [00:25:29] Fundamentals, foundational. [00:25:32] You know how I got it? [00:25:33] I wasn't going to church. [00:25:35] I was just reading the New Testament. [00:25:37] That's how I got it. [00:25:39] You actually have to have a Torah teacher to confuse you. [00:25:47] Basically, they're the only ones [00:25:48] that can understand Galatians, I guess, [00:25:51] because everybody else gets it wrong about Galatians. [00:25:53] We can't just read this and believe it. [00:25:56] We got to have them to reinterpret it for us [00:25:57] because they really know what Paul meant. [00:26:00] Paul really meant, no, you got to keep the law. [00:26:02] How they get that out of Galatians, [00:26:04] I'll never understand. [00:26:06] But they act like we're ignoramuses, you know? [00:26:12] I've been studying this for going on now 32 years. [00:26:15] I'm into almost, you know, [00:26:17] I'm good into my 32nd year [00:26:20] of studying the Bible diligently. [00:26:24] Church history, Hebrew, Greek. [00:26:29] No, we're not stupid. [00:26:32] You're not the only one that's got it figured out. [00:26:41] Now, let me say this. [00:26:42] Let me add, you know, Chris Putnam. [00:26:43] Anybody here remember Chris Putnam? [00:26:45] Chris Putnam passed away two, three years ago now. [00:26:49] He's a theologian, researcher, [00:26:52] author of a lot of books with Tom Horne, [00:26:56] Exo Vaticana, Petros Romanas. [00:26:59] He wrote, I think one of his last books [00:27:01] was Supernatural Worldview. [00:27:04] Few, you know, there's a few theologians in the world. [00:27:06] There's a few that are actually spirit-filled [00:27:08] and love Jesus, and he was one of them. [00:27:10] And actually, I'm not the first one [00:27:14] to finally come out and name Skiba by name [00:27:18] and rebuke him for his errors. [00:27:21] Chris Putnam did it a few years ago before he died. [00:27:24] And this is an article by Chris Putnam [00:27:27] called The Gross Errors of Russ Pappy Hook and Rob Skiba. [00:27:32] And I bring this out here. [00:27:34] I'm not gonna get into the whole thing. [00:27:36] You guys can look this stuff up yourself. [00:27:39] But he says here, unfortunately, [00:27:40] Rob Skiba's fallen under the false teaching [00:27:42] of the culty pseudo-scholar named Russ Pappy Hook. [00:27:46] Hook has a book, written a book entitled Epidemic, [00:27:50] examining the infected roots of Judaism and Christianity. [00:27:53] That appears to be the source of Rob's theological errors. [00:27:56] Rob has promoted Hook on his radio show [00:27:58] and says that Hook changed his life. [00:28:02] Now, when you start finding out what this joker believed, [00:28:07] remember Rob just said, this guy was on his radio show [00:28:09] and this guy changed his life, right? [00:28:13] Well, let's see what this guy believes, [00:28:15] a little bit of it anyway. [00:28:17] First of all, Hook denies the Trinity [00:28:19] explicitly and thoroughly. [00:28:21] Now, one of the most convoluted talk [00:28:25] about the Trinity that I've ever heard, [00:28:27] Skiba believes, and along with, [00:28:29] he got this from Hook, I guess, [00:28:32] but he believes that the Trinity, [00:28:35] the idea that God has three very distinct aspects, [00:28:38] parts, some call it persons, [00:28:41] really none of that is incorrect, all right? [00:28:44] Regardless of how you want to believe it, [00:28:47] God has three parts. [00:28:49] Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, [00:28:51] these things are in the scriptures, okay? [00:28:55] Now, they are one and I believe can be separate, [00:28:58] separated out, but whenever you have, [00:29:01] let's say the Holy Spirit's here, [00:29:03] the Holy Spirit is here, separated out. [00:29:06] He's fully God, eyes, ears, mouth, nose, [00:29:10] he's talking, he speaks, he guides, [00:29:12] he's not just the breath of God, [00:29:14] that's what Skiba says. [00:29:17] Jesus, the Bible says, is the fullness [00:29:18] of the Godhead bodily, Colossians, right? [00:29:22] The word, in the beginning was the word, [00:29:24] the word was with God and the word was God. [00:29:25] Well, how do you do that unless you're three and one? [00:29:29] The word, by him with all things were made, [00:29:32] without him was not anything made that was made. [00:29:36] Jesus can also be called mighty God, everlasting Father. [00:29:40] So when Jesus says, you see me, you've seen the Father, [00:29:43] I'm not saying that there's not three parts, [00:29:47] but just like me, and this is how I've explained it [00:29:49] for years, we're made in the image of God, right? [00:29:52] First Thessalonians 5.23 says, [00:29:54] we have a spirit and a soul and a body. [00:29:57] Every human being has three very distinct parts. [00:30:01] But whether it's my spirit over here, [00:30:03] it's still the spirit of being. [00:30:06] And whether it's my soul right here, [00:30:08] it's the soul of being. [00:30:09] And whether it's my body right here [00:30:11] with all three together, it's being. [00:30:15] It's the fullness of being body, all right? [00:30:18] Now God showed us with Ezekiel, he showed us with Paul, [00:30:21] he can take a man's spirit out of his body. [00:30:24] He took Ezekiel, go to Ezekiel 8. [00:30:25] Ezekiel said he was in Babylon, [00:30:29] and the Lord takes him by his spirit out of his body [00:30:32] and takes him to Jerusalem, to the temple [00:30:34] and shows him what's going on. [00:30:36] Guess what? [00:30:37] Ezekiel, soul and body was in Babylon. [00:30:41] His spirit was in Jerusalem. [00:30:45] Paul talked to the Corinthians, 1 Corinthians 5. [00:30:48] He said, Paul wasn't in Corinth, [00:30:50] but he says, you know what, when you're gathered together [00:30:51] and my spirit is there with you, [00:30:54] we'll judge this individual who's in sin. [00:31:00] The witches call it astral projection. [00:31:02] God can do it, we don't do it. [00:31:04] God does it in us when he wants to do it. [00:31:08] Paul said he was called up to the third heaven. [00:31:10] He said, whether in the body or out of the body, [00:31:11] I cannot tell, God knew it. [00:31:14] Meaning, even out of the body, [00:31:16] he was like, it's still fully me if it's just my spirit. [00:31:19] It's still fully me. [00:31:21] I couldn't even tell whether I'm in the body [00:31:22] or out of the body, because it's me. [00:31:26] So in the sense of there's three different people [00:31:28] or persons, no. [00:31:30] There's three different very distinct aspects of God [00:31:33] and he chooses to manifest, you know, [00:31:36] as the Father here, the Son here, [00:31:39] the Holy Spirit here, but it's not modalism. [00:31:42] Modalism says God can only manifest in one form at one time [00:31:46] and God has three distinct parts [00:31:48] that can be all at the same time. [00:31:51] But, Rob says this about Jesus. [00:31:55] He's the literal, he said he's the right hand of God. [00:31:59] Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute. [00:32:04] How? [00:32:06] How? [00:32:08] You could cut my right hand off [00:32:09] and I could live without my right hand. [00:32:11] That doesn't sound very important. [00:32:16] But how do you reconcile that with Jesus [00:32:17] as the fullness of the Godhead bodily? [00:32:19] Oh, wait a minute, that's right, that's Paul's writing. [00:32:21] Oh, let's go back to then Isaiah, maybe accept Isaiah. [00:32:27] The Son will be given his name [00:32:28] when we call a wonderful counselor, [00:32:31] the mighty God, the everlasting Father, [00:32:33] the Prince of Peace, right? [00:32:39] So I would just say this, [00:32:40] Skeba's views of the Trinity is screwed up [00:32:43] because this is what he believes. [00:32:46] Him and Mr. Pappy believed that Constantine got in [00:32:52] and added that to the Bible, [00:32:54] that Constantine changed the Bible. [00:32:58] This is what they believe. [00:32:59] Constantine did not change the Bible. [00:33:00] We have 300 years of New Testament stuff going on [00:33:07] before Constantine never even comes on the scene, all right? [00:33:12] But let's keep going. [00:33:14] Let's look at this, see? [00:33:15] This is what bothers me the most. [00:33:17] Chris Putnam here documents, [00:33:19] Huck denies the Trinity explicitly and thoroughly. [00:33:23] On page 382, he argues that Jesus [00:33:25] was never co-equal with the Father, Yahweh, [00:33:29] and is not part of the Trinity Godhead. [00:33:34] Now, how does this man change your life? [00:33:37] This man is a heretic. [00:33:39] He goes on to say, [00:33:42] says Rob Skeba's main argument [00:33:44] against the person of the Holy Spirit [00:33:45] also comes from this book. [00:33:46] Huck writes, I realize that if there are three persons [00:33:50] as taught in Trinitarianism, [00:33:52] then Yeshua is not the Son of the Father, [00:33:54] but the Son of the Holy Spirit. [00:33:55] I've heard Skeba say exactly that [00:33:58] on multiple posts in time, all right? [00:34:00] So he's parroting Pappy, all right? [00:34:06] Huck writes, I discovered that in the name of the Father, [00:34:08] Son of the Holy Ghost in Matthew 28, 19 [00:34:12] was not in any of the early manuscripts. [00:34:15] Huck falsely claims that Constantine [00:34:18] added the Trinitarian formula to the Matthew 28. [00:34:21] This is simply not true because all extant manuscripts, [00:34:26] you hear that? [00:34:27] All manuscripts of the book of Matthew [00:34:32] contains the last phrase, [00:34:34] baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son [00:34:38] and of the Holy Spirit. [00:34:40] Now, this kind of makes me wonder [00:34:43] because this is a post here, [00:34:45] or a comment on a thread where Rob Skeba says, [00:34:49] so the so-called new covenant. [00:34:53] Why would any man say that? [00:34:56] Because he believes what Pappy teaches, [00:34:59] that the New Testament, most of it's been corrupted [00:35:01] or was corrupted by Constantine, [00:35:03] but he didn't tell that to his Skebite followers in groupies. [00:35:10] I thank God that Chris Putnam did a little research [00:35:14] and took a stand, right? [00:35:18] It gets more weird, of course, [00:35:20] but let's show this, I love what Chris Putnam does here [00:35:22] because Chris Putnam being a true scholar [00:35:25] and a true theologian with some real credentials [00:35:29] stays true to the scripture in church history. [00:35:32] He talks about Ignatius, [00:35:33] which I have talked about in our church history class. [00:35:37] Ignatius lived in the first century, [00:35:39] the time of the apostles. [00:35:41] He was actually discipled by Paul and Peter. [00:35:44] The second chapter of his epistle to the Philippians reads, [00:35:47] he sent forth the apostles to make disciples of all nations, [00:35:50] commanded them to baptize the name of the Father [00:35:52] and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. [00:35:54] This right here, almost 300 years before Constantine. [00:35:59] Tertullian in 200 AD, a century before Constantine [00:36:04] writes in on baptism sealed in the name of the Father [00:36:07] and the Son and the Holy Ghost. [00:36:09] Thus, Huck's claims are patently false. [00:36:12] It leads one to seriously question [00:36:14] his claimed academic credentials. [00:36:16] A real scholar would not make such obvious blunders. [00:36:21] And then he goes on to say, [00:36:22] unfortunately it gets worse [00:36:23] because Pappy started sacrificing lambs on Passover. [00:36:29] But we're gonna move on from that. [00:36:33] Now, these are the kind of posts that you get from him. [00:36:40] My file is replete with these. [00:36:43] Here's one, says those who claim the law is a curse [00:36:48] or a burden we cannot bear or a yoke around our necks [00:36:52] quite clearly have never read Deuteronomy nor Psalm 19 [00:36:56] nor most of the prophets nor 1 John 2.5. [00:37:00] So whoever says that the law is a curse, [00:37:02] a burden we can't bear or a yoke, [00:37:05] they never read these, right? [00:37:08] Let me tell you who said those things, the apostles. [00:37:13] For those who mock the New Testament pastors like me [00:37:16] for quoting exactly what the Bible says [00:37:18] about the law being a yoke, [00:37:19] burden that could not be kept, bondage, [00:37:21] let's set the record straight about the apostles. [00:37:25] Said about requiring New Testament disciples [00:37:29] to keep the law of Moses or Torah. [00:37:31] The Acts 15 council, the apostles and elders [00:37:34] of the early church came together to address this question, [00:37:36] are New Testament Christians required [00:37:38] to keep the law of Moses? [00:37:41] Here's what he says Acts 15, [00:37:43] but there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees [00:37:45] which believed saying that it was needful [00:37:47] to circumcise them, the new converts [00:37:49] and to command them to keep the law of Moses. [00:37:52] And the apostles and the elders came together [00:37:54] to consider this manner, right? [00:37:58] So what happened? [00:38:00] It was the apostle Peter who said [00:38:02] that requiring the Gentile believers [00:38:04] to keep the law of Moses was to quote, [00:38:07] put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, [00:38:10] which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear. [00:38:14] Now does Rob Skeba believe that [00:38:17] or does he think that's a part Constantine changed? [00:38:21] Because now we're talking about Luke. [00:38:25] He says he put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples [00:38:27] which neither our fathers nor we are able to bear. [00:38:30] He even warned them that they would be tempting God [00:38:32] if they did so. [00:38:33] This is Acts 15, 10 through 11. [00:38:35] Now therefore, why tempt God to put a yoke [00:38:38] upon the neck of the disciples [00:38:39] which neither our fathers nor we are able to bear. [00:38:41] But we believe that through the grace [00:38:43] of our Lord Jesus Christ, we shall be saved even as they [00:38:46] without the law of Moses, without circumcision, [00:38:49] without the Sabbath, that's Peter preaching [00:38:52] and Luke recording it. [00:38:56] Peter sounds exactly like Paul does in Galatians [00:38:59] that they hate. [00:39:02] Do you see what we have to start throwing out? [00:39:06] But it was also the apostles that said [00:39:10] that if you do this, it was the apostle James who said [00:39:13] that it would be troubling the Gentile believers [00:39:16] to compel or require them to keep the law of Moses. [00:39:19] Which my sentence is, this is quote Acts 15, 19, [00:39:21] wherefore my sentence, the apostle James, [00:39:24] is that we trouble not them [00:39:25] which among the Gentiles are turned to God. [00:39:30] This is plain English. [00:39:34] This is plainly written and spoken. [00:39:37] The question has been asked [00:39:39] and the question has been dealt with by the apostles. [00:39:45] But remember, what did we read in the beginning of all this? [00:39:47] There was a group who said we don't accept the council, [00:39:49] the apostles, the Ebionites. [00:39:53] We don't like that. [00:39:57] We're gonna keep trying to keep the law. [00:40:01] We're gonna add that to the gospel. [00:40:04] Now you don't get to add to or take from, I'm sorry. [00:40:10] We have an old covenant and it came to an end. [00:40:14] And Jesus said there was a new covenant in his blood. [00:40:18] And if the old wasn't to pass away, [00:40:22] what purpose was there for the new? [00:40:28] And the moment you say, I gotta go keep the old too, [00:40:31] you're saying the new's not good enough. [00:40:34] What Jesus did on the cross is not good enough. [00:40:37] Walking with him in relationship and faith [00:40:39] is not good enough. [00:40:41] That's what you're saying. [00:40:43] The blood is not good enough. [00:40:46] No, it's good enough for me. [00:40:47] I don't know about y'all. [00:40:48] Y'all wanna keep doing it, keep going. [00:40:52] It says, they put this in a letter [00:40:53] to all the Gentile churches [00:40:55] from all of the apostles, not just Paul, [00:40:59] that those that were saying the Gentiles [00:41:00] had to be circumcised and keep the law [00:41:02] of Moses had troubled them and subverted their soul. [00:41:07] So anybody saying this, anybody teaching this [00:41:09] is troubling and perverting people's souls. [00:41:13] Oh, this is not important. [00:41:17] Acts 15, 24, for as much as we have heard [00:41:20] that certain which went out from us [00:41:22] have troubled you with word subverting your soul, [00:41:24] saying that you must be circumcised and keep the law [00:41:27] to whom we gave no such commandment. [00:41:35] Is it just me, or is everybody in the twilight zone? [00:41:43] It was the apostle Paul who called going back [00:41:46] to keep the law of Moses being entangled again [00:41:48] with the yoke of bondage and being fallen from grace. [00:41:51] Sounds exactly like what they said at the council. [00:41:57] Like Jesus said, the law and the cross killed John. [00:42:01] Until John. [00:42:02] And now the gospel is preached. [00:42:04] Amen. [00:42:06] Our brothers, for those that you couldn't say, [00:42:07] says the law, Jesus said the law was until John [00:42:11] and now the gospel is preached. [00:42:13] The law has an end. [00:42:15] I'm gonna show you, we're gonna get to that. [00:42:17] Now here's the passage from Colossians. [00:42:21] He says this, following you being dead in your sins [00:42:24] and the uncircumcision of your flesh, [00:42:26] hath he, speaking of Jesus, quickened together with him, [00:42:29] having forgiven you all trespasses, [00:42:31] blotting out the handwriting of ordinances [00:42:33] that was against us, which was contrary to us [00:42:37] and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross. [00:42:40] And having spoiled principalities and powers, [00:42:42] who made a show of them openly triumphing over the minute, [00:42:44] let no man therefore judge you in meat or in drink [00:42:48] or in respect of a holy day or of the new moon [00:42:51] or of Sabbath days, which are a shadow of things to come, [00:42:54] but the body is Christ. [00:42:56] Now, when he says, let no man judge you [00:42:58] in meat and drink, right? [00:43:00] That what they'll say is, yeah, you should keep them [00:43:02] so no man can judge you. [00:43:03] That's the way they twist it around. [00:43:05] All right? [00:43:07] But what he's saying here is, let no man judge you, [00:43:09] means determine you to be right or wrong, [00:43:11] righteous or unrighteous. [00:43:13] That's what that word judge means. [00:43:15] And then he says this, those things, what? [00:43:18] The meat, dietary laws, the drink offerings, [00:43:22] the holy days, the feast, the new moon, the Sabbath, [00:43:25] all of that was just the shadow, but Christ is the substance. [00:43:30] Let me ask you this, and I've said this before, [00:43:33] are you a shadow hugger, a shadow chaser, [00:43:37] or do you want the real thing? [00:43:39] Let me tell you something. [00:43:42] When I wanna hug my wife, I don't try to find her shadow [00:43:44] and hug up on it. [00:43:46] I'm sorry, but I want the real thing. [00:43:56] Right? [00:43:57] How ridiculous. [00:43:59] Why would we run back to the shadows [00:44:03] when we have the middle wall of partition broken down, [00:44:10] the veil removed, that we can live and dwell [00:44:17] in the Lord of the Sabbath, our rest, our Passover. [00:44:22] They all start talking about, oh, well, [00:44:24] he's gotta fulfill the other feast like he did. [00:44:26] No, no. [00:44:28] You want me to break it down for you? [00:44:30] How Jesus is, Jesus has already fulfilled all the feasts. [00:44:33] The seven feasts, right? [00:44:36] Unleavened bread, firstfruits, Passover, right? [00:44:38] All that, that was at his death, [00:44:41] his burial, his resurrection, right? [00:44:44] All right, we know what happened [00:44:46] on the day of Pentecost, right? [00:44:48] 50 days later, he sent his Holy Spirit, [00:44:50] baptized them in the Holy Spirit. [00:44:52] That was the day of Pentecost, so he fulfilled that. [00:44:54] The Feast of Trumpets. [00:44:55] Let me tell you what trumpets means. [00:44:56] Trumpets means the message, giving a clear message. [00:44:59] What's the clear message now? [00:45:00] The gospel of Jesus Christ. [00:45:03] He is the one who lifted up his voice as it says [00:45:06] in Isaiah 58, cry aloud, spare not, [00:45:08] lift up your voice like a trumpet. [00:45:10] Show my people. [00:45:12] Jesus was the message. [00:45:13] He was the trumpet. [00:45:14] He's the one in Revelation 1 who when he speaks [00:45:16] has the voice of many waters that sounds like trumpets. [00:45:20] Doesn't have to be till when he's second coming. [00:45:22] They say, okay, then you got trumpets. [00:45:23] Then you have, what's the other one? [00:45:28] Well, that was Rosh Hashanah. [00:45:29] So then you got, oh yeah, then you got Atonement. [00:45:32] Oh my goodness, right? [00:45:34] The high priest on the day of Atonement going in [00:45:38] to atone for the sins of men of Israel. [00:45:42] Well, didn't Jesus do that? [00:45:43] When he's told Mary, don't touch me. [00:45:44] I've been send it to my father yet. [00:45:45] Jesus went to the tabernacle in heaven, [00:45:47] to the mercy seat in heaven and applied his blood there. [00:45:50] And he is our high priest forever [00:45:52] after the order of Melchizedek. [00:45:53] Therefore, no more high priest after the order of Aaron. [00:45:56] That ended that jot and tittle of the law ended, didn't it? [00:46:01] There's a little tiny jot and tittle [00:46:03] called the Levitical priesthood and the high priest, right? [00:46:08] So that's clearly what he's talking about here, right? [00:46:12] Can these verses be any more clear? [00:46:14] Galatians, no longer under the school master. [00:46:16] Wherefore the law was our school master [00:46:17] to bring us to Christ that we might be justified by faith. [00:46:22] But after that faith is come, [00:46:24] we are no longer under the school master. [00:46:30] So if the school master is the law, [00:46:32] God used the law to reveal our sin to us [00:46:34] and our need for a savior. [00:46:38] Then once we come to the savior by faith, [00:46:40] we no longer are under the law. [00:46:42] That's what this says. [00:46:43] But the Torah heads and the ski bikes say, [00:46:46] no, you still gotta keep the law. [00:46:48] You still gotta be under the law. [00:46:53] This is blatant, obvious, clear error. [00:46:59] It's deception. [00:47:02] It's rebellion to the new covenant. [00:47:07] Don't shout me down when I'm preaching good. [00:47:11] Just give me an Episcopalian nod [00:47:13] or something over there, right? [00:47:16] Presbyterian twitch. [00:47:19] Show a sign of life. [00:47:22] The allegory of the two covenants. [00:47:24] I mean, this one couldn't be more clear. [00:47:27] He says here, tell me you that desire to be under the law. [00:47:30] You guys wanna keep the law of Moses? [00:47:32] You wanna keep the Sabbath and the new moons [00:47:33] and the Dodgers? [00:47:34] All you, to you that desire to do this. [00:47:36] So what is he talking to? [00:47:38] Torah heads, tell me you that desire to be under the law. [00:47:43] Do you not hear the law? [00:47:46] For it is written that Abraham had two sons, [00:47:48] the one by a bond woman, the other by a free woman. [00:47:51] But he who was of the bond woman was born after the flesh, [00:47:53] but he of the free woman by the promise. [00:47:57] Which things are an allegory [00:47:58] for these are the two covenants. [00:48:01] The one from Mount Sinai, [00:48:02] which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. [00:48:06] So the Sinai covenant, the law. [00:48:10] And then he says, for Agar is Mount Sinai in Arabia [00:48:14] and answereth to Jerusalem, [00:48:15] which now is as in in bondage with her children. [00:48:17] But Jerusalem, which is above, is free, [00:48:20] which is the mother of us all, right? [00:48:24] And then he says this, for it is written, [00:48:26] rejoice thou barren that bearest not, [00:48:28] break forth and cry, [00:48:29] thou that travailest not for the desolate [00:48:31] hath more children than she that hath a husband. [00:48:33] Now we brethren, as Isaac was, [00:48:34] are children of the promise, [00:48:36] but as then he that was born after the flesh [00:48:38] persecuted him that was born after the spirit. [00:48:40] And boy, do the Torah people persecute [00:48:42] the ones who don't wanna keep the Torah, [00:48:44] believe they're free from that, [00:48:45] according to the new covenant. [00:48:48] Nevertheless, what sayeth the scripture, [00:48:50] cast out the bond woman in her son. [00:48:52] What does the bond woman and her son represent in this? [00:48:55] The covenant of Sinai, cast her out! [00:49:01] For the son of the bond woman shall not be heir [00:49:03] with the son of the free woman. [00:49:05] So then, brethren, we are not children [00:49:07] of the bond woman of the law, [00:49:10] the Sinai covenant, [00:49:11] but we are children of the new covenant. [00:49:17] I mean, strong work, cast out the bond woman. [00:49:24] But see, let me tell you, [00:49:25] this is why they eventually have to go to the place [00:49:28] where they say Paul was a false apostle [00:49:30] and a heretic, because he was against the law. [00:49:32] No, he just had a revelation of the truth [00:49:35] about that the law was fulfilled, not destroyed, [00:49:38] fulfilled, Jesus fulfilled it [00:49:40] and then instituted a new covenant. [00:49:42] Now, let's go to Galatians five. [00:49:46] Everything in this is about this issue. [00:49:52] Stand fast, therefore in the liberty [00:49:54] wherewith Christ has made us free [00:49:55] and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. [00:49:58] Okay, what's he talking about? [00:50:00] The old eye Paul said, [00:50:01] if you be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. [00:50:05] Now, think about this. [00:50:06] There were people saying, oh, no, no, no. [00:50:08] We know you believe Jesus is the Messiah and your Savior, [00:50:12] but you still need to be circumcised. [00:50:14] So you really can be right with God [00:50:15] and you can really get close to God. [00:50:17] So you can really be right. [00:50:19] And Paul said, if you do that, [00:50:22] Christ profits you nothing, not my words, his. [00:50:27] This is why they got to throw Paul out the window [00:50:30] or tell everybody, you don't understand Galatians. [00:50:35] For I testify again to every man that is circumcised [00:50:38] that he is a debtor to do the whole law. [00:50:41] Christ has become no effect unto you. [00:50:44] Whosoever of you are justified, made right, [00:50:46] or as one ought to be, or righteous by the law, [00:50:49] you are fallen from grace. [00:50:51] For we through the Spirit, [00:50:52] wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. [00:50:54] For in Jesus Christ, [00:50:55] neither circumcision availeth anything nor uncertainty. [00:50:59] Meaning he said, trying to keep the law [00:51:00] doesn't do anything for you. [00:51:03] But faith which worketh by love. [00:51:08] You did run well. [00:51:10] Who did hinder you that you should not obey the truth? [00:51:13] Bob Skiba, Pappy Hook, Jim Staley, [00:51:18] who's still in prison, by the way, [00:51:19] we'll deal with him in a minute. [00:51:21] This persuasion comes not from him that calleth me. [00:51:28] I mean, it's a sad thing [00:51:29] when one of your mentors is in prison [00:51:31] and somebody just says, hey, did he out of prison yet? [00:51:33] Hey, that's a low blow. [00:51:36] Just ask if he's out of prison yet. [00:51:43] He got seven years. [00:51:44] He got... [00:51:45] Oh, Sal, he's still under the law. [00:51:54] Spoken by one who was set free. [00:51:56] Hallelujah. [00:52:00] Oh, hallelujah. [00:52:03] Yeah, he's actually this guy Jim Staley we're talking about, [00:52:07] but he's in prison for breaking some of the 10, [00:52:11] the big 10, but we'll deal with that for a minute. [00:52:14] Like stealing. [00:52:18] Anyway, $3.3 million, but we'll deal with that second. [00:52:21] Yeah, isn't that interesting? [00:52:23] He says, a little 11 leavens the whole lump. [00:52:25] He said, I have confidence in you through the Lord [00:52:27] that you will be none otherwise minded, [00:52:29] but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment [00:52:32] whosoever he be. [00:52:33] Oh, it's coming. [00:52:35] And I, brethren, if I preach circumcision, [00:52:37] why do I yet suffer persecution? [00:52:38] Then is the offense of the cross ceased? [00:52:40] Now, listen to this. [00:52:42] If I went along with the Torah heads, [00:52:46] we could all just sing kumbaya and have F.E. unity [00:52:51] and no strife and division and the snowflakes on Facebook [00:52:55] and be happy that pastors and teachers [00:52:58] and leaders of the movement aren't fighting. [00:53:06] How dare you say something about him? [00:53:10] You know why? [00:53:12] Because this is how false teaching, [00:53:15] continue in the church because no one stands up [00:53:20] and just says plainly, here's what they're doing [00:53:24] and here's who's doing it. [00:53:31] Very little anyway. [00:53:32] He goes on to say, look at the verse 13. [00:53:36] We'll go there. [00:53:36] For brethren, you have been called unto liberty [00:53:38] only use not liberty for occasion to the flesh, [00:53:40] but by love serve one another. [00:53:41] So you've been called to liberty from what? [00:53:43] From the law, but don't use liberty to indulge the flesh. [00:53:47] And then Paul goes on to say, [00:53:48] now remember the straw man, king of the straw man. [00:53:52] King of the straw man always says, [00:53:56] you guys are lawless. [00:53:58] You're lawless because you don't keep the law. [00:54:03] He says here, walk in the spirit [00:54:06] and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. [00:54:08] And then Paul doesn't give a license [00:54:09] to live any way you want to live. [00:54:12] Let's look at this. [00:54:13] Paul says very clearly here, verse 19. [00:54:16] Now the works of the flesh are manifest, [00:54:18] which are these adultery, fornication, uncleanness, [00:54:22] lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, [00:54:24] variance, emulation, wrath, strife, sedition, heresies, [00:54:28] enemies, murder, drunkenness, revelings, and such like. [00:54:30] Oh, and the Sabbath keeping. [00:54:32] No, I'm sorry, that's not there. [00:54:34] Of which I tell you before, [00:54:36] as I have also told you in time past, [00:54:38] that they which do such things [00:54:40] shall not inherit the kingdom of God. [00:54:42] So he's saying, you can't be a habitual, [00:54:45] the word do is prasso in the Greek [00:54:47] means to practice habitual. [00:54:48] You can't be an adulterer, a fornicator, unclean, [00:54:52] in the sense of sexual immorality, unclean, [00:54:55] it's immoral, witchcraft, hatred. [00:54:58] I mean, he covers those things. [00:54:59] This is what I'm saying. [00:55:00] Aspects of the old covenant moral law [00:55:03] have been carried over. [00:55:04] It's the basic, we shouldn't live after the flesh. [00:55:09] So the moment he tries to twist 1 John chapter two [00:55:14] about if you don't keep the commandments, [00:55:16] you don't know God and the truth is not in you. [00:55:18] What commandments am I supposed to keep? [00:55:21] Well, to be in context, [00:55:22] I got to go back and see what the New Testament says [00:55:23] I'm supposed to keep under the new covenant. [00:55:25] I've used this example many times and we use again, [00:55:27] I used it last night in the two and a half hour discussion. [00:55:31] Two contracts, right? [00:55:33] I had a contract with a modeling agency [00:55:35] when I was 18 years old. [00:55:37] And the contract said, [00:55:39] their part of the contract was to get me work [00:55:41] and to represent me to these different companies. [00:55:45] And if I had an illegal issue with them, [00:55:47] they were to represent me. [00:55:49] But my part of it was they got 15% of what I earned. [00:55:55] And I signed that contract. [00:55:57] Now let's say they came along and they said, [00:55:59] hey, I'll tell you what, [00:56:00] Dean, we wanna give you a better contract. [00:56:03] We're gonna do everything that we said we're gonna do, [00:56:07] but we're gonna make you a new contract [00:56:08] and you're gonna only have to give 5% of what you earn. [00:56:13] Now, what am I gonna do? [00:56:14] I'm gonna make sure I read the contract [00:56:17] because this sounds like somebody pulling a fast one, right? [00:56:21] But I read the contract and it's like, wow, [00:56:23] this is a better contract. [00:56:27] And then I sign, and once I sign, [00:56:32] I believe and agree and sign that contract. [00:56:37] That's the contract I'm working under. [00:56:39] Why would I go back and go, hey, guys, [00:56:42] let's do this contract and the old one too, right? [00:56:50] I guess if you add them together, [00:56:51] now I'm giving 20%, right? [00:56:57] No, I'm gonna live under the new. [00:57:00] I'm gonna go back and see, [00:57:01] okay, what's required of me under the new? [00:57:05] And I'm gonna live under the new [00:57:08] because it's a better covenant, [00:57:09] a better contract with better promises, [00:57:11] which happens to be exactly what Hebrew says, [00:57:16] that the New Testament, the new covenant [00:57:18] is a better covenant with better promises. [00:57:22] Parts of the new, yeah, [00:57:24] there's parts of the old still the new. [00:57:25] You can't be an adulterer. [00:57:27] You can't be a liar, a thief like Jim Staley. [00:57:33] God doesn't want you to live in a habitual immorality. [00:57:36] No, nobody that teaches the New Testament correctly [00:57:40] is teaching lawlessness. [00:57:43] Do what you want. [00:57:44] Nobody's teaching that. [00:57:47] But yet, I get called lawless [00:57:48] and have the spirit of antichrist [00:57:51] and my salvation's in question [00:57:53] because I don't rest on the day [00:57:54] that Mr. Skiba thinks I should rest. [00:57:57] I eat bacon and I don't hang little tassels from my belt. [00:58:03] And that's what he's willing [00:58:07] to maliciously make these accusations. [00:58:11] Call me a nickelation. [00:58:12] You know what a nickelation was? [00:58:14] He thinks he knows, but he doesn't. [00:58:15] His church history, the church history guys, [00:58:18] early church fathers said, [00:58:19] these were guys who were in adultery [00:58:22] and they were eating, you know, [00:58:23] they were into idolatry [00:58:24] and eating things sacrificed to idols [00:58:26] and said it didn't matter. [00:58:29] So that's one of the accusations [00:58:31] that he sent my way, a nickelation. [00:58:35] That's pretty malicious all because [00:58:38] I don't believe I have to keep [00:58:41] the Old Testament thief, [00:58:43] Sabbath, dietary laws, [00:58:45] and have little tassels on my belt. [00:58:50] Little tassels, you just gotta shake it. [00:58:52] That one gets me right there. [00:59:02] And I know right now that I'm just, [00:59:04] his blood is boiling. [00:59:08] But honestly, I love him. [00:59:12] I love Torah people. [00:59:14] I wish this was not an issue [00:59:16] in the body of Christ dividing us. [00:59:18] You wouldn't believe the emails I get [00:59:20] from families who say, [00:59:21] my child went into this Torah thing [00:59:24] and all they do is fight with me. [00:59:28] Strife, division. [00:59:31] We're talking about Christian families being divided. [00:59:38] And let me just go on and say, [00:59:40] the division people, people are saying [00:59:42] I'm the one causing division. [00:59:43] Division does not come from the one [00:59:45] who stands up to correct the error. [00:59:48] It comes from the ones who sow the error. [00:59:54] Let's just get that straight if we can. [01:00:03] Let's keep going. [01:00:05] Yeah, here's another one. [01:00:07] Christians today, everybody's ignorant but him. [01:00:10] Christians today, [01:00:12] ignorantly use Paul. [01:00:14] Ignorantly use Paul. [01:00:15] Nobody can use Paul Wright, right? [01:00:18] To say that the perfect life-giving instructions [01:00:21] of Yahweh, AKA the Torah or commonly the law is a curse. [01:00:26] Really? [01:00:27] You actually believe that the loving instructions [01:00:29] given by Yahweh to his people is a curse. [01:00:32] That's the gross misunderstanding. [01:00:34] You are going to hang your doctrine on [01:00:36] that Paul allegedly taught [01:00:38] that Yahweh gave us curses to obey. [01:00:41] Let's go to Galatians three. [01:00:44] And the scripture foreseen that God would justify [01:00:46] the heathen through faith, [01:00:47] preached before the gospel unto Abraham, [01:00:49] saying, and these shall all the nations be blessed. [01:00:52] So then they which shall be of faith [01:00:53] are blessed with faithful Abraham. [01:00:56] Faith, right? [01:00:58] A faith walk. [01:01:00] For as many as are of the works of the law [01:01:06] are under the curse. [01:01:10] Now is there any way to misunderstand this? [01:01:13] If you are of the works of the laws, what you're about, [01:01:17] you're under the curse. [01:01:20] For it is written, [01:01:20] cursative is everyone that continueth not in all things [01:01:24] which are written in the book of the law to do them. [01:01:27] 613, of course, [01:01:29] Sheba starts whittling those down. [01:01:30] So again, it's, [01:01:32] I like what Shade Stone said last night. [01:01:34] It's Torah, do what you can observance. [01:01:38] Not Torah observance, but do what you can, right? [01:01:41] So again, they pick and choose. [01:01:44] But anyway, he says that if you're under, [01:01:45] if you're of the works of the law, you're under the curse [01:01:48] because curse is everyone who doesn't do [01:01:49] every single bit of it. [01:01:52] And then he says, [01:01:53] but that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God. [01:01:59] This is what he said. [01:02:02] No one's just, it is evident. [01:02:03] The just shall live by faith. [01:02:04] That's from Habakkuk. [01:02:06] The law is not a faith. [01:02:08] Everybody say this with me. [01:02:09] The law is not a faith. [01:02:14] If you're in the law, trying to keep the law, [01:02:16] you're not walking in faith. [01:02:20] He says, the law is not a faith, [01:02:22] but the man that doeth them shall live in them. [01:02:25] Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, [01:02:29] being made a curse for us. [01:02:30] Listen, what is the curse of the law? [01:02:32] The curse of the law is not that God's law was bad. [01:02:35] The curse of the law is that we can't keep it. [01:02:39] It's so perfect, we can't do it. [01:02:42] No one ever did except Jesus. [01:02:46] And for some reason, this troubles them. [01:02:53] And they got to feel better about it [01:02:54] by going and putting the tassels. [01:02:58] That makes them feel better. [01:03:01] I don't want to think about the tassels. [01:03:03] I want to think about the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. [01:03:12] I shouldn't even read this here. [01:03:14] What law should we keep? [01:03:15] Tell us, Rob, what law should we keep? [01:03:21] Well, most won't even acknowledge all 10 [01:03:23] of the 10 commandments. [01:03:25] The fourth, which you know, okay, [01:03:27] we got to get back to that. [01:03:28] So let's start there. [01:03:29] Once we realize that all 10 are profitable and good for us, [01:03:32] we can discuss the alleged 613, [01:03:34] which is supposedly the total number of do's and don'ts [01:03:36] in the Torah. [01:03:37] Most of those are only for the Levitical priesthood, [01:03:40] which are no longer around. [01:03:41] As the temple has been gone since 70 AD, [01:03:43] I thought not one job and tittle will pass away [01:03:45] till heaven and earth. [01:03:46] Okay. [01:03:47] So a massively huge chunk of the 613 can't be done [01:03:51] by them. [01:03:52] Well, that sounds kind of like what I'm preaching. [01:03:55] Can't be done, right? [01:03:58] Nor should they ever be any of us [01:04:00] who are not of the tribe of Levi. [01:04:02] Then we have a bunch of apical to kings of Israel. [01:04:06] Nope. [01:04:06] Moving on, except Jesus said we were kings and priests. [01:04:09] I think I remember him saying we were kings and priests, [01:04:11] but I digress. [01:04:13] But he says not apical to us, others only for women. [01:04:16] So, you know, you guys got your own set. [01:04:18] You got to worry about. [01:04:20] So men are out on those. [01:04:21] What's left? [01:04:22] Basically the 10 commandments. [01:04:23] So this is what he's saying we should do. [01:04:24] The 10 commandments, the Feast of Yahweh, [01:04:26] the Seven Feasts, the Dietary Laws, [01:04:29] and the Wearing of the Zit-Zits, the tassels, [01:04:32] along with the general common sense stuff, [01:04:34] like put up guardrails if you have a flat roof [01:04:37] so your friends don't fall off [01:04:39] and don't have sex with animals, basically. [01:04:42] That we should all have, you know, [01:04:44] we should all be left to do in our own good. [01:04:46] In short, what's so hard about this? [01:04:47] Seriously, why would people fight against it? [01:04:49] I really don't get it. [01:04:52] And then he goes on to say, [01:04:52] apart from the fact you're just lawless, [01:04:54] he's, if you don't do this, [01:04:58] I question your salvation. [01:05:00] See, let me prove it. [01:05:03] I could have been a lawyer. [01:05:07] Exhibit 45. [01:05:16] In a post-cross, post-Lavitical priesthood [01:05:18] where there is no temple, [01:05:19] we are now under the Order of Melchizedek Priesthood [01:05:21] of Yeshua. [01:05:22] I see all that is basically left for us to do [01:05:24] concerning obeying the commandments as an act of love [01:05:28] and fruit not root of our salvation. [01:05:30] So that, you see, luring the Christians in, [01:05:32] he's talking about as an act of love, [01:05:35] not a root or fruit, [01:05:36] not anything has to do with salvation. [01:05:38] But notice he left out the zetes. [01:05:40] So obviously he came to this revelation later, [01:05:42] so he added that one in. [01:05:44] The 10 commandments, including the fourth of Sabbath, [01:05:45] the appointed feast, except for animal sacrifice. [01:05:48] Why not? [01:05:49] Why did that end? [01:05:52] Maybe it was fulfilled in Jesus, right? [01:05:56] The dietary laws for our own good health. [01:05:58] I told him on the phone, this was hilarious. [01:06:00] I said, you know, my great aunts, they love God. [01:06:04] They got saved in the 1930s in a Rush Harbor meeting [01:06:06] from people that came from Azusa Street. [01:06:09] Two of them of the three baptized in the Holy Spirit. [01:06:11] They haven't been speaking of the tongues. [01:06:12] Two of the three didn't marry, lived a holy life, [01:06:15] went to church their whole life, [01:06:16] loved God, were intercessors. [01:06:18] I caught them often on their knees in prayer [01:06:21] with tears running down their face, [01:06:22] godly women who prayed me into salvation. [01:06:26] I said, they ate pork morning, [01:06:31] noon, and night, even in their vegetables. [01:06:39] You should have heard the crickets [01:06:40] on the other end of the phone for a minute. [01:06:42] And I said, and they lived to be 89, 82, [01:06:44] and one still alive at 97. [01:06:49] I think their health's fine. [01:06:51] You know why? [01:06:51] Because they always prayed over their feet, [01:06:53] and thank God for their food. [01:06:54] They grew up in the depression [01:06:56] when they were happy to get a possum to eat. [01:07:03] I said, you wanna talk about, [01:07:05] I had a friend of mine was a missionary in the Philippines, [01:07:07] and there was a Philippine village [01:07:10] that basically their houses lived on stilts over the water, [01:07:13] and the only food they could get every day was shrimp. [01:07:15] You gonna go tell them they gotta keep the law? [01:07:19] Yeah, that's the message you wanna take [01:07:20] to those people as a missionary. [01:07:22] They need to keep the law, [01:07:23] so you gotta stop eating shrimp. [01:07:25] Well, they all starve to death. [01:07:34] I mean, I've been in the African bush [01:07:35] where there's nothing. [01:07:39] They'd be happy to get them a pig to eat. [01:07:44] Thrilled. [01:07:49] This is ridiculous, people. [01:07:51] I believe God released us to, [01:07:54] even from that dietary life, [01:07:56] where the world population was gonna go, [01:08:00] and people were gonna just have to survive. [01:08:04] Every creature is good to be received. [01:08:07] That's what he said, and he says it in Genesis two. [01:08:11] But look at this. [01:08:12] Listen right here. [01:08:13] So he says it's not a salvation issue, right? [01:08:15] In one post, four-tone individual. [01:08:19] But then right here, he said, [01:08:21] who said anything about keeping the law, [01:08:25] or keeping the law to keep salvation? [01:08:27] I see it as a fruits of salvation, [01:08:29] not the root of it. [01:08:30] However, John did clearly state [01:08:34] that those who are against obeying Yahweh [01:08:37] are in fact liars, and the truth is not in them. [01:08:39] So I question their salvation [01:08:40] to begin with in such a scenario. [01:08:45] Boom, there you have it. [01:08:46] According to Psalm 119 and 1 John two through five, [01:08:49] how do we know we're saved? [01:08:51] Well, I would say, check your heart. [01:08:53] Does Yahweh's law bring great joy [01:08:55] and a sincere desire to follow it [01:08:57] out of love for our Creator and fellow man, [01:08:59] or are you constantly repulsed [01:09:01] by the very mention of obedience to Yahweh's law [01:09:04] and want nothing to do with it? [01:09:05] Sadly, I've seen a ton of people, [01:09:08] including a shocking number of pastors, [01:09:09] and he's referring to me, by the way, [01:09:11] in the latter category who claim to be Christians. [01:09:14] That's kind of frightening, claim to be Christians. [01:09:17] So he's saying, you can't be a Christian. [01:09:19] You're just claiming to be a Christian [01:09:21] if you're not trying to keep these Old Testament laws. [01:09:25] So out of one mouth, he says, [01:09:27] it's not a salvation issue. [01:09:28] The next, he says, well, I question your salvation. [01:09:30] Well, how is that possible? [01:09:33] You can't do both. [01:09:33] See, Rob's exposed. [01:09:34] It is, to him, a salvation issue. [01:09:38] But he knows if he just came out and said it plainly, [01:09:40] that all the Christians that support his ministry [01:09:45] with both, and he'd be left with the wacky-dos. [01:10:02] Now, here's where he got on me [01:10:03] and Nathan Roberts right here. [01:10:06] These were recent, right here. [01:10:09] Read Matthew 5. [01:10:11] Are you going to be least in the kingdom, or great? [01:10:15] I say aim high. [01:10:16] Let the anti-Nomen and Nicolations aim for the sewers [01:10:19] if that's what they want to do, [01:10:20] as they likewise risk the fate of the lawless, [01:10:24] which is the spirit of Antichrist [01:10:25] that Yeshua speaks of in Matthew 7. [01:10:27] Ultimately, their fight is not with me. [01:10:29] Now, let's talk about me and Nathan Roberts, [01:10:31] born again Christians. [01:10:33] Their fight is not with me. [01:10:34] They are at war with Yahweh. [01:10:37] Because as I read the whole council of scripture, [01:10:39] somehow I can't help but believe in claiming, [01:10:41] but Paul Galatians will be much help to you on that day. [01:10:48] And he goes on to make it a salvation. [01:10:50] Please note also that Yeshua, many will be crying, [01:10:52] but Lord, Lord, didn't we prophesy and cast out demons? [01:10:54] And he said, prophecy, didn't we prophesy, [01:10:56] cast out demons and do many want to depart from me? [01:11:01] So he is making this a salvation issue. [01:11:05] Look over here. [01:11:07] By interpreting this as the Old Testament commandments [01:11:10] that the New Testament tells us we are not under, [01:11:12] and not keeping it in the New Testament context, [01:11:15] he says, so when you see someone [01:11:18] wrath with believers in Christ [01:11:20] going to war against him, who keep the commandments of God, [01:11:23] it would seem quite clear who side they are. [01:11:25] So they're saying, if you're against Rob saying, [01:11:27] if you're against me and keeping the Sabbath [01:11:29] and the feast and the Zetes, [01:11:33] then you're on the side of the Antichrist, [01:11:38] side of the devil. [01:11:40] I mean, does everybody see this [01:11:41] or is it just past your name? [01:11:43] This is why I said the other day, [01:11:45] once he came out and started his open attack [01:11:49] on me and Nathan, I said, the gloves are off. [01:11:51] That's why we're dealing with this today. [01:11:54] I've held some of this stuff back for over a year [01:11:59] because I was hoping he would repent [01:12:01] and come out of his false gospel, [01:12:04] perverted gospel and his law for salvation, but he won't. [01:12:12] No, he's so triggered, he's making about 20 posts a day. [01:12:21] But see, let me tell you, he's just one of these leaders. [01:12:25] There is an absolute obsession with this. [01:12:28] That's why on the first slide, [01:12:29] I had what, six different ones? [01:12:31] That's just a handful, that's just a tip of the iceberg. [01:12:36] And they claim it's just this Ephraim awakening. [01:12:40] No, it's Ephraim apostasy [01:12:46] and it's just completely separating and dividing. [01:12:52] New Testament, New Covenant beliefs. [01:12:58] Look, do you follow Yeshua or Paul? [01:13:01] Are you a born again Bible-believing Christian [01:13:03] or a deluded Paulian? [01:13:08] Oh, I could keep rocking this out. [01:13:11] I had so many I had to just pick and choose from. [01:13:15] Down here, he says, I can't help you answer that. [01:13:17] If you're just going to quote Galatians all day [01:13:19] in total ignorance, falling into the category [01:13:21] Peter warned about in 2 Peter 3, [01:13:24] as your rebuttal to any hint of suggesting [01:13:26] that it's a good idea to obey Yahweh, [01:13:29] then you might as well just start calling yourself [01:13:31] a deluded Paulian instead of a born again Bible-believing [01:13:33] Christian. [01:13:34] See, he always sets Paul apart. [01:13:40] He's an Ebionite. [01:13:43] And he just tries to hide it [01:13:44] because it's not good for offerings. [01:13:54] The king of the strongman. [01:13:55] I said this earlier, I got ahead of myself, [01:13:57] but a strongman argument is you misrepresent [01:14:01] someone's argument to make it easier to attack. [01:14:03] This is what he says all the time. [01:14:05] Well, I'm just saying you should love, [01:14:06] you should love God to keep his commandments. [01:14:08] That's all I'm saying. [01:14:11] You bunch of heathens, you don't do it. [01:14:14] But he doesn't put that in context. [01:14:18] Nobody's saying you shouldn't live a moral life [01:14:22] in the New Covenant. [01:14:25] But you say they're saying that [01:14:27] so that you can guard your position. [01:14:31] It's very dishonest, actually, [01:14:35] because he's smart enough to know what he's doing. [01:14:41] That was easy to do right there. [01:14:45] Let me show you something. [01:14:46] Here's some of the strongman argument. [01:14:48] Somehow, I don't think the I don't have to obey Yahweh [01:14:51] because Jesus already did routine [01:14:53] is going to fly when you meet him. [01:14:57] See where he takes it? [01:14:59] Salvation issue. [01:15:01] Pastor, he stuck me, repent of sin. [01:15:03] Me, sin is transgression of the law. [01:15:05] Pastor, repent for saying that you're Judaizing heretic. [01:15:08] No, I rebuke him for taking it out of New Testament context [01:15:11] and putting it into an old. [01:15:12] But he doesn't say that. [01:15:13] Again, strongman. [01:15:16] Here's another one. [01:15:17] The beast is called lawless. [01:15:19] The lawless one, man of sin. [01:15:20] Why is it such a big deal [01:15:22] if the law has allegedly been done away with? [01:15:24] See, that's a strongman. [01:15:28] Because nobody's saying there's not New Testament law, [01:15:30] that there's not the law of Christ, [01:15:31] that there's not morality in the New Covenant [01:15:33] that you should keep and obey. [01:15:35] But he's taking that out of its context [01:15:37] and saying, no, we got to go back [01:15:38] and keep all these Old Testament laws. [01:15:39] So see what he does. [01:15:40] Again, he misrepresents our position [01:15:44] to make our position easier to attack. [01:15:46] So he keeps his little groupies happy on Facebook. [01:15:49] Oh, Rob, we love you. [01:15:55] And this is, you know, this is good 101. [01:15:59] This is how it works. [01:16:02] Listen, false teachers, when they get into false, [01:16:04] whether they're doing it on purpose [01:16:05] or they're just deceived themselves. [01:16:08] When they get into this stuff, [01:16:12] they always are gonna have some truth [01:16:14] or they wouldn't be able to deceive any Christian. [01:16:19] There's always gonna be some truth. [01:16:20] I'm not saying everything he says is not true [01:16:23] or any of these Torah teachers and leaders, [01:16:25] some of it's true, but it's context. [01:16:30] You take something out of its context, [01:16:31] it can make it untrue, it can make it false, [01:16:35] it can make it deceptive. [01:16:37] So, and that's what I was talking about. [01:16:40] This is what he pulls out all the time. [01:16:42] This is second John, I mean, first John chapter two, [01:16:44] Hereby we do know that we know him [01:16:46] if we keep his commandments. [01:16:47] He that saith I know him and keep it not his commandments [01:16:49] is a liar and the truth is not in him. [01:16:51] This is his go-to passage all the time. [01:16:54] If you don't keep the Old Testament, [01:16:56] but see what he does is he takes this New Testament verse [01:16:59] out of a New Testament context [01:17:01] and puts it in the Old and says, [01:17:02] we gotta keep the Old. [01:17:04] That is his deception. [01:17:06] Whether he's doing it on purpose or he's deceived, [01:17:08] that's the deception within the Torah movement. [01:17:10] They all go to this, Doug Hamp, all of them, [01:17:12] they go to this right here [01:17:14] and take that word commandments [01:17:15] and try to apply it to the Old Testament. [01:17:22] You hear me? [01:17:23] Can't do that. [01:17:24] One of the first lessons of rightly dividing the scripture, [01:17:26] what is this, remember 1 Timothy two? [01:17:28] Rightly dividing the word of God, [01:17:31] old and new, knowing the difference [01:17:35] and keeping things in context. [01:17:38] But let's keep going here. [01:17:40] He says, think not that I'm come to destroy the law [01:17:42] and the prophets, this is their go-to verse, [01:17:44] but Jesus said, think not that I'm come [01:17:46] to destroy the law or the prophets, [01:17:47] I come not to destroy, but to fulfill. [01:17:51] Let's keep reading. [01:17:52] I'm gonna get through this real quick. [01:17:54] He says, for verily I say unto you, [01:17:55] till heaven and earth pass, [01:17:57] one jot or one till, [01:17:58] shall a no wise pass from the law, [01:17:59] till all be fulfilled. [01:18:02] So this is the verse they always go to. [01:18:04] Of course, the word destroy here. [01:18:07] I love this, this is the blue letter Bible. [01:18:10] One of the things it says, deprive of success. [01:18:14] Well, Jesus said, I didn't come to destroy [01:18:16] or deprive the law of its success. [01:18:18] Why? [01:18:19] Because he succeeded. [01:18:22] And so he didn't come to destroy, [01:18:23] he came to make the law a success [01:18:28] in the life of a human who happened to also be God. [01:18:33] Now let's look at this right here. [01:18:35] The word fulfill, and Jesus said that he came to fulfill [01:18:39] means to make full, to fill up, to fill to the full, [01:18:42] to cause to abound, to furnish, to supply liberally, [01:18:46] to render full, to complete, to fill to the top [01:18:49] so that nothing shall be wanting to full measure, [01:18:52] to fill to the brim. [01:18:53] So when Jesus said, I came to fulfill the law, [01:18:56] which sometimes is like filling up a cup, [01:18:58] like filling up a glass, look here. [01:19:01] He goes on to say, all right, [01:19:04] the strong says to make replete, to level up a hollow. [01:19:07] You fill it in, fill it in, fill, fulfill, right? [01:19:12] So this is what I'm showing here. [01:19:16] Here's the law. [01:19:19] For the law made nothing perfect, [01:19:20] but bringing it of a better hope did [01:19:21] by which we draw nigh to God, Hebrews 7, 19. [01:19:26] Or if the first covenant had been faultless, [01:19:28] then there should no place have been sought [01:19:29] for the second, Hebrews 8, 7. [01:19:31] So there's the law. [01:19:32] If righteousness come by the law, [01:19:34] then Christ is dead in vain. [01:19:35] So what did Jesus do? [01:19:37] He didn't destroy the law. [01:19:41] If he destroyed the glass, how could he fill it? [01:19:46] He didn't destroy, he didn't come to destroy. [01:19:48] He came to fill it up. [01:19:51] So what Jesus did was he filled it up. [01:19:55] Now, once he filled it up, there's no more room [01:19:58] for you and I to try and go and fill it up. [01:20:01] He fulfilled it. [01:20:03] He didn't destroy it, he fulfilled it. [01:20:05] Now remember, they always harp over. [01:20:07] Well, not one daughter can pass from the law. [01:20:09] They will all be right. [01:20:12] Now, either that is at the end when Jesus comes [01:20:15] or that's when Jesus said something on the cross. [01:20:18] Like, it is finished. [01:20:20] Let me make my case here. [01:20:24] Here we go. [01:20:24] For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness [01:20:26] to everyone that believeth the end. [01:20:28] He's the end. [01:20:30] That's it. [01:20:30] We don't go any further than him. [01:20:33] Let's keep going here. [01:20:34] Now, let's look at heaven and I'm gonna skip through this [01:20:36] because this deals with the language. [01:20:38] Did Jesus fulfill his mission on the cross? [01:20:40] I believe so, but let's look at it. [01:20:43] When Jesus had received the drink, [01:20:47] he said, hanging on the cross, it is finished. [01:20:49] And with that, he bowed his head [01:20:50] and gave up the ghost, as it says in the King James [01:20:53] or his spirit, John 19.30. [01:20:57] Now, there it is again. [01:20:59] It is finished. [01:21:00] What is finished? [01:21:04] Well, look at this. [01:21:05] Matthew 27, 53-51. [01:21:07] Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, [01:21:10] and Matthew doesn't say he said it is finished, [01:21:12] but it was right before he died when he cried out. [01:21:14] So you put John and Luke, Matthew, together. [01:21:18] But Jesus, when he cried again with a loud voice, [01:21:20] it is finished, yielded up the ghost, [01:21:22] and behold, the veil of the temple [01:21:24] was rent in twain from the top to the bottom. [01:21:27] And the earth did quake and the rocks ran. [01:21:31] Now, folks, the veil in the temple, [01:21:35] that veil right there, [01:21:37] between the Holy of Holies and the Holy Place. [01:21:41] The veil of the tabernacle and later the two temples [01:21:43] was more than a jot or tittle of the law. [01:21:46] The veil was mentioned 26 times [01:21:48] in Exodus and Leviticus alone. [01:21:50] It is also mentioned in Second Chronicles. [01:21:52] It was a very important part [01:21:55] of fulfilling the command of the law. [01:21:57] That veil had to be there. [01:22:00] So the moment Jesus dies on the cross, [01:22:02] the moment he pays the full price of the law, [01:22:07] the penalty, the demands of the law against sin, [01:22:12] God himself ripped the veil of the temple [01:22:20] and so part of the law passed away right there, gone. [01:22:25] God himself was saying, it's fulfilled. [01:22:29] This system is over. [01:22:38] I wanna point this verse out. [01:22:39] This is Hebrews 8. [01:22:40] He said, for I will be merciful to their unrighteousness [01:22:42] and their sins and iniquities. [01:22:44] I will remember no more. [01:22:45] That's from Jeremiah talking about the new covenant. [01:22:49] And then he saith this right here. [01:22:50] In that he saith the new covenant, [01:22:52] he hath made the first old. [01:22:53] Now that which decayeth and waxes old [01:22:55] is ready to vanish away. [01:22:57] Hebrews was written right before the destruction [01:23:00] of the temple in 70 AD. [01:23:04] That's he's prophesying. [01:23:06] I believe the writer of this [01:23:07] was either Paul or Barnabas, one of the two. [01:23:10] But he's flat saying here [01:23:12] that which is waxing old, the old covenant, [01:23:14] the rest of it, God ripped the veil. [01:23:17] He started the process of the jot and tittle passing away. [01:23:23] But in 70 AD, it was all wiped out. [01:23:29] That which is old is about to. [01:23:31] Not yet, it's not fully done yet [01:23:33] because that building's still standing. [01:23:37] Remember Jesus talked about [01:23:38] not one stone will be left upon another. [01:23:43] I think that's more than a jot or a tittle. [01:23:46] The veil, the temple, the priesthood. [01:23:50] So Jesus saying, I came to fulfill the law. [01:23:53] When did that happen? [01:23:54] When he said on the cross, it is finished, period. [01:24:02] Anybody says different is a deceiver and a liar. [01:24:09] Look at that one. [01:24:10] Just a few in Hebrews eight [01:24:11] for the priesthood being changed. [01:24:13] There was made a necessity, a change also of the law. [01:24:16] They'll say Torah law didn't change. [01:24:21] There it is. [01:24:24] Change of the law. [01:24:25] Let's keep going. [01:24:28] Where there is verily a disannulling [01:24:30] of the commandment going before, [01:24:31] the weakness and unprofitableness there [01:24:33] of the law made nothing perfect, [01:24:34] but the bringing of a better hope did [01:24:35] by which we draw an eye to God. [01:24:37] We could just go on down the list. [01:24:38] Now he's talking about, [01:24:40] he goes on to Hebrews 10 [01:24:40] talking about the blood of Jesus. [01:24:43] How precious is the blood of Jesus? [01:24:44] We're redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus. [01:24:46] The focus is in the New Testament, [01:24:47] the blood of Jesus for righteousness, not the law. [01:24:53] All right? [01:24:55] Now this guy, this is the one that Rob defended. [01:25:01] This is the guy he gets a lot of his stuff from too. [01:25:03] This is one of his teachers. [01:25:04] Name's Jim Steak. [01:25:06] Of course he's in prison. [01:25:09] St. Charles pastor gets seven years in prison [01:25:11] for defrauding investors in a business [01:25:15] he had of $3.3 million, pleaded guilty. [01:25:20] Okay? [01:25:21] Got seven years to serve. [01:25:23] This is one of his teachers [01:25:24] and he still defends this guy, right? [01:25:28] So here's the email where Rob defended him. [01:25:33] Deaconal, I'm not getting off base [01:25:35] with serious matters of defining the gospel and salvation [01:25:38] and the triune nature of God. [01:25:40] Yes, you are. [01:25:41] We demonstrated that today with exhibit 4,500. [01:25:48] He said, nothing I've said contradicts anything [01:25:51] but the doctrines of men, including Mithra worshipers. [01:25:54] Now that, most people wouldn't catch that [01:25:58] because of course Constantine is said [01:26:00] to have been a Mithra worship. [01:26:01] So what he was saying is I haven't contradicted anything [01:26:05] that basically Constantine didn't twist to put it. [01:26:08] So he's showing his beliefs back to Pappy, right? [01:26:12] And the whole Constantine added the Trinity doctrine. [01:26:16] Bologna, right? [01:26:18] By the way, that was a low blow against Jim Staley. [01:26:22] You don't know the whole story. [01:26:23] So it would be wise not to assume you do. [01:26:27] Well, I know he went to prison for stealing money [01:26:32] and he pleaded guilty [01:26:34] and did the full perp walk in the orange jumpsuit, right? [01:26:39] Now that's not what troubles me the most about this guy. [01:26:42] Anybody could fall, anybody could sin, right? [01:26:47] What bothers me about this guy is his whole message [01:26:51] is we need to go back and keep the law [01:26:53] to be really right with God. [01:26:55] I listened to this entire message of his yesterday, [01:26:58] the Great Deception, part one. [01:27:00] And he's talking about being deceived [01:27:02] and he's actually talking about spiritual warfare. [01:27:04] But then he gets into what the answer is [01:27:07] to spiritual warfare is to make sure [01:27:09] you are keeping the commandments of Yahweh. [01:27:11] You're keeping the old covenant law. [01:27:13] Because this is his whole message. [01:27:15] It permeates everything he does. [01:27:16] And then he gets off into talking about frequencies. [01:27:21] But let me just go ahead and say, [01:27:22] and I'm gonna say it boldly, and I don't care. [01:27:24] I've looked into this guy. [01:27:26] I think he's a Kabbalah. [01:27:28] He quotes directly from Jewish mysticism from the Kabbalah. [01:27:32] I think he's a deceiver. [01:27:34] Whether he knows it or not, [01:27:35] he claims an angel appeared to him [01:27:37] and Jesus appeared to him [01:27:38] and all of a sudden he understands [01:27:39] the book of Romans now like nobody else. [01:27:43] And he started this ministry in 2009 [01:27:46] and when I was talking to Rob on the phone, [01:27:48] he talked about, no, this, [01:27:49] because I said something about my, [01:27:51] it was when I was talking about my great aunts, [01:27:52] you know, and my great grandmother. [01:27:54] Well, the awakening really began in 2009. [01:27:56] And then I find out this guy, his mentor, [01:27:58] his hero, I guess, started this ministry in 2000. [01:28:02] It's funny because I think Rob's even trying [01:28:03] to look like him a little bit. [01:28:05] It's really bizarre. [01:28:06] But this is what caught my attention. [01:28:11] Remember the whole thing, [01:28:11] he's talking about spiritual warfare, [01:28:13] not being deceived. [01:28:14] The answer to that is keep the commandments of Yahweh. [01:28:17] But then he makes this statement [01:28:18] about being really clean before God. [01:28:21] Listen to this. [01:28:23] Some of you want more knowledge. [01:28:24] You want me to teach more on the deep, [01:28:27] this is as deep as it gets. [01:28:30] This is your soul. [01:28:32] This is everything inside of you. [01:28:33] This is your DNA. [01:28:35] This is who you are. [01:28:37] You wanna touch the face of God? [01:28:39] According to the Torah, you have to be clean. [01:28:44] And we're not talking physical. [01:28:47] It's spiritual. [01:28:48] And if we've been deceived to thinking, [01:28:49] oh, I can just waltz right into the throne of grace [01:28:52] because I have the blood of Yeshua on my arm. [01:28:55] Try that one. [01:28:56] Let's see how it works for you. [01:28:59] No, the blood of Jesus is not enough [01:29:01] to walk into the throne of grace. [01:29:03] You know, that's exactly the opposite [01:29:04] of what the Bible says. [01:29:07] It's exactly the opposite. [01:29:09] It says, let us come boldly to the throne of grace [01:29:12] by the blood of the Lamb. [01:29:13] We can enter into the holiest of all, [01:29:15] not because we wear zits eats [01:29:18] and keep the Sabbath and don't eat pork. [01:29:21] It's because of the blood of Jesus. [01:29:22] That is a devil, demon, mocking spirit [01:29:27] that hates the blood of Jesus, hates the new covenant. [01:29:30] And that's why I hate it with a holy passion. [01:29:34] I hate every false way. [01:29:35] There's something from the law for you. [01:29:37] I hate every false way. [01:29:41] It's false. [01:29:43] Papi, Staley, Hamp, 119 Ministries. [01:29:49] It is all heresy to believe you can, [01:29:54] you got to add the law that the blood of Jesus [01:29:57] and faith in his blood and being born again by faith [01:30:01] that that's not enough. [01:30:03] That you got to go add to these works of the law. [01:30:10] This is blasphemy of the blood of Jesus Christ. [01:30:14] You heard it and you can see the demon come up in his face. [01:30:22] See how that works for you. [01:30:23] It's gonna work fine for me, Jack. [01:30:32] I wish they'd have given him about 50 years [01:30:35] so he won't get out teaching this myth. [01:30:42] Remember a minute ago, we read in Galatians [01:30:44] and said his judgment's coming and teaches this stuff. [01:30:47] His came, didn't it? [01:30:49] Maybe God will get his attention. [01:30:52] I hope so. [01:30:54] See, Pastor Dean's fired up [01:30:55] because I'm fired up about the little ones, [01:30:58] the young ones, the babes in Christ, [01:31:00] the people being deceived by this. [01:31:03] But it's more than that. [01:31:05] It is a subtle attack. [01:31:08] That is really the spirit of Antichrist work. [01:31:11] The spirit of Antichrist hates Jesus and the blood of Jesus. [01:31:25] So as they say, today, tee it high, [01:31:33] we just tee it high and let it fly, right? [01:31:36] Let the chips fall where they may. [01:31:38] Get ready, there will be just a flood of the law dogs. [01:31:51] Oh, they're gonna be losing their minds. [01:31:54] They already are. [01:31:59] Because you know what? [01:32:00] It just reveals it's true. [01:32:02] It's true because you know what do you say? [01:32:03] What do you say about the bond woman [01:32:05] and the free woman in Galatians 4? [01:32:08] The one that's after the flesh [01:32:09] trying to keep the law and be under the law? [01:32:11] Always persecutes the one that's free [01:32:16] in the new covenant. [01:32:19] They want the Sinai covenant? [01:32:20] Fine, y'all go have it. [01:32:23] I'm taking the new covenant. [01:32:25] Not the so-called new covenant as Rob says, [01:32:28] but the real new covenant. [01:32:31] The one that's written in this book from the apostles. [01:32:36] Amen? [01:32:37] You can be an Ebeanite if you want to. [01:32:39] Hey, it's a free world. [01:32:42] But you've been told, you've been warned. [01:32:45] Keep pushing that stuff to the lambs and the sheep [01:32:48] and you're gonna be judged for it. [01:32:50] Let's stand. [01:32:56] Let's do, let's do our theme song here, look. [01:33:01] Crowder again, yep. [01:33:05] And see, this is the anthem here of the new covenant. [01:33:07] This is it right here. [01:33:09] All my hope is in Jesus. [01:33:14] My hope is in not in me, thank God. [01:33:18] Because me can't do it, me can't make it. [01:33:24] And on the day I stand before him, let me tell you. [01:33:27] On the day you stand before God, [01:33:29] you better not plead anything, but Lord. [01:33:33] Listen, I do this now with him. [01:33:35] When I get down to pray, [01:33:37] some of the first things I always say is Lord, [01:33:40] I don't deserve one thing from you. [01:33:45] I haven't earned it. [01:33:49] I'm not righteous enough, good enough, [01:33:51] holy enough, diligent enough. [01:33:55] I can't earn anything from you. [01:34:00] And my only righteousness standing before you [01:34:04] is the blood of Jesus. [01:34:07] I don't claim any on my own. [01:34:10] Only a fool will claim he's mustered [01:34:14] some kind of righteousness up [01:34:19] by putting tassels on his mouth. [01:34:21] Lord, have mercy. [01:34:24] The blood, don't let this stuff get your eyes off [01:34:31] of the blood of Jesus Christ shed on that cross. [01:34:34] It is precious, priceless, holy. [01:34:37] It is our righteousness, it is our healing, [01:34:40] it is our deliverance, it is our salvation, [01:34:42] it is everything. [01:34:45] See how that works for you, devil. [01:34:54] Let's do it, let's worship through our song [01:34:55] and then we'll get out of here. [01:34:59] Thank you, Lord, we worship you. [01:35:01] Lord, we pray for those that have been watching [01:35:03] and listening, those who will watch and listen. [01:35:06] Lord, that they grasp the truth [01:35:08] of the new covenant, the new testament, [01:35:11] that it's by faith in you, in your blood [01:35:15] that was shed, in your righteousness. [01:35:18] It's not a license to live immoral, [01:35:21] but God make it clear that we're not under [01:35:23] the old covenant law anymore. [01:35:27] We thank you, God, for the truth. [01:35:28] It's plainly written in the new testament. [01:35:32] We thank you, Lord, you foretold [01:35:34] the new covenant in the old, [01:35:37] hundreds and hundreds of prophecies [01:35:40] all pointing to Jesus. [01:35:43] Our hope is in Jesus, all our hope. [01:35:50] So we thank you for the new covenant, [01:35:52] the new testament in your blood [01:35:55] and that we thank you for true salvation [01:35:57] that comes by faith in that. [01:36:02] And we pray this today in Jesus' name, Amen.
