[Sound: Music begins.] [Visual: A person uses a Marker to write on a reMarkable paper tablet. The reMarkable logo is in the corner.] --- [Visual: A top-down view of a person writing a to-do list for Tuesday on a reMarkable.] --- [Visual: A woman, Jasmine, sits at a desk with a reMarkable paper tablet and a cup in front of her.] Jasmine: Hi, I'm Jasmine. Let me show you how you can organize your life more efficiently with reMarkable, the paper tablet. --- [Visual: A top-down view of Jasmine writing on her reMarkable.] Jasmine: reMarkable has lots of templates that make it easy to organize your notes. [Visual: Jasmine sits at her desk.] Jasmine: You've got your standard line notebooks, graph paper, and templates that help you stay on top of everything going on at work. [Visual: Jasmine scrolls through a grid of templates on the reMarkable screen, selecting a four-quadrant layout.] Jasmine: Like this one. [Visual: Jasmine writes in the four quadrants of the template, labeled September, October, November, and December.] Jasmine: I use it as a monthly planner to work toward long-term goals. Here's a tip: think big. [Visual: The words "Think big" are handwritten on screen.] Jasmine: Then you can use weekly and daily planners to break that goal into more manageable tasks. [Visual: The Marker points to a task under the "October" heading.] Jasmine: Say I've got a workshop coming up next month. Let's take a look at what I need to do this week to prepare for it. --- [Visual: The screen shows a weekly planner template for "Week 31."] Jasmine: This is my weekly planner. I know I need to set aside some time this week to plan the workshop. I was going to work on a report on Wednesday, but I think I'll move it to Thursday. That way I'll free up Wednesday morning to focus on the workshop. [Visual: Using the Marker, Jasmine selects a line of text under the "Wednesday" column. A menu appears.] Jasmine: With just a couple of taps, I can select it and move it. [Visual: She drags the selected text to the "Thursday" column and then writes a new task under "Wednesday."] Jasmine: To make this planner easier to find later, I'm going to tag it with the same keyword I'm using for all my documents about the workshop. [Visual: Jasmine taps an icon and applies a tag labeled "October workshop" to the document.] --- Jasmine: And if I need to check it while I'm on the go, I can always just use the mobile app. [Visual: A person holds a smartphone displaying the reMarkable app file browser.] --- Jasmine: I also use a day planner so I can keep track of just the stuff I need to do today. [Visual: Jasmine writes a to-do list on a template titled "Day: MONDAY."] Jasmine: Try ordering your to-dos by priority for that little boost when you finish a task high up on the list. And when you're done with a to-do, just cross it off. [Visual: Using the Marker, Jasmine crosses off the first item on the list.] Jasmine: There's no better feeling than an empty to-do list. --- [Visual: The reMarkable screen shows the file browser, with documents organized by folders and tags.] Jasmine: And all my planners are tagged with the right keywords, organized in their own folders and subfolders, along with my meeting notes and documents. All on reMarkable. [Visual: A person places the Marker in its holder on the side of the reMarkable and closes its cover.] --- Jasmine: For more tips on how to get organized, improve your workflow, and find focus, check out the Learning and inspiration hub, using reMarkable.
