Job Summary/Responsibilities:

=E2=80=A2 Pull, route, label and terminate cable (fiber optic experience a =
plus)
=E2=80=A2 Install and terminate low voltage and fiber optic cable
=E2=80=A2 Install cable racks, j-hooks, inner duct, and other related struc=
tures
=E2=80=A2 Install servers, switches, PDUs into server racks according to sp=
ecifications
=E2=80=A2 Install ladder racks, networking equipment and telephone equipmen=
t
=E2=80=A2 Perform testing and troubleshooting of cabling
=E2=80=A2 Ensure job site is clean at the end of shift
=E2=80=A2 Work in a quick and efficient manner
=E2=80=A2 Follow safety and security procedures

=E2=80=A2 Cable Pullers will have general labor experience (electrical/tele=
com experience preferred)
=E2=80=A2 Candidates must have their own safety gear set (hard hat, vest, b=
oots, gloves, glasses)
=E2=80=A2 Candidates must have their own telecom hand tools for cabling (Pu=
nch down, snips/wire strippers, crimpers, and basic toner/tester preferred)
=E2=80=A2 Prior construction and commercial experience preferred
=E2=80=A2 Good attitude
=E2=80=A2 Ability to follow directions
=E2=80=A2 Ability to analyze and solve problems for troubleshooting
=E2=80=A2 Experience with pulling fiber and doing cross-connects highly pre=
ferred
=E2=80=A2 Flexibility to work additional shifts if required
=E2=80=A2 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
=E2=80=A2 Strong Communication (written and verbal)
=E2=80=A2 Must follow safety and security protocol
